Dr. Carroll & his entire staff are THE BEST! The staff is always so kind and caring to the patients! I previously saw Dr. Carroll at another practice many years ago- he was able to treat my eye condition after I had tried 3 other doctors without any relief! He explained my condition as well as the treatment plan! Additionally, Dr. Carroll recognized my eye pressures were high- we discussed contributors & additional monitoring/testing to ensure I am aware of what is happening with my eyes! Anyway, I ended up moving losing his info. I searched for years to find out where he went! Eventually i found out he had a practice in RR- I currently see him for all my eye care needs including my dry eye treatment! Dry Eye treatment is a journey with several treatment options. We went over all that & have come up with a plan that works for my needs! I highly recommend Dr Carroll as he takes the time to know his patients, understand any concerns, and he does everything he can to provide patients with the tools/ knowledge needed to give them the best vision possible! Now if anyone does see my recommendation & makes an appointment help me out by telling him to make a TikTok to share his knowledge, in the easy to understand way he does, to a wide audience! Do it- book an appointment with Dr. Carroll I promise you will never want to go to another optometrist again!!!

The best eye exam process I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and the doctor was patient and very informative. Checkin process was quick and efficient. Frame options were aplenty and lens options were clearly explained. Thoroughly satisfied and would happily recommend.

I was welcomed at check in. The tech called me within 5 min of arrival and checked my BP, went over my meds and the standard tests my insurance covered and an optional test available but not covered. The Tech and Dr were very professional guiding me through the vision testing and took care that I understood my eye health. . They were both kind and friendly. I felt confident in their care for me. I also ordered my new Rx glasses with them and again was given good care. The whole team works together well. Thank you Double Creek Eye Care!

Excelent clinic! I have a very particular issue in my cornea for years and the doctor was attentive and figure the situation precisely ena quickly. I'll be able to see better and with way more comfort thanks to their excellence. Absolutely recommend the clinic!

My family, adults and kids, all love going here. Dr. Carroll is kind, efficient and helpful. He also treats kids as the people that they are, and my kids really appreciate being talked to rather than talked down to. Definitely one of the only appointments that my kids actually want to go to each year. All of the staff are great as well! Always a smooth experience.

Dr. Carroll is awesome. He really cares about his patients and I loved that he explained to me how my vision works and how aging will affect my vision over the next 15 years. I've never had a doctor do that before and it was really comforting especially as my vision is getting progessively worse due to normal aging. Also, he took his time with the exam. He is the best eye doctor ever!

Had a great experience at Double Creek Eye Care..I had a slight emergency with a blood shot eye..Alexis Office was able to accommodate an appt. for my urgency..Sky was admitting nurse n Dr Carroll checked out my eye...nothing to worry just a blood vessel rupture...I highly recommend this eye care establishment...awesome professional service...
