I have been a patient of Dr. Dixit and the Eye Associates team for many years, including having cataract surgery on both eyes. Simply stated, there is no better group to choose for all of your eye care needs. They are professional, attentive and nice people! Highly Recommended!

I was referred to this office after an ER visit, including consultation from one of their physicians. Unfortunately, getting care here was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, this office is not equipped for urgent issues or time-sensitive diagnosis beyond routine, scheduled eye appointments. What went wrong: *Referral/authorization breakdowns: Referrals/authorizations were mishandled, and I was told the practice doesn't submit them for insurance. I spent hours bouncing between the ER, my PCP, radiology clinics, and this office. My chosen radiology clinic also spent hours trying to get the correct authorization and received significant pushback. *STAT MRI delayed: I was seen in the ER on Dec 27 and the correct authorization was not received until Jan 5. This was daily calls to the office from myself and the radiology clinic. Several times a day. I even called my insurance provider to see if I could submit the authorization myself just to get it pushed through. There was a VERY helpful employee, Hailey, who actually faxed the order to my insurance company at my request on the Friday that week. She was delightful, and the ONLY reason I was able to be treated the next week. This was a STAT MRI ordered by Dr. Dixit to rule out serious concerns (growth/tumors). The delay caused unnecessary stress during a scary time. *Wrong specialist referral: Dr. Dixit has great bedside manner and clearly cares. But I was referred to an oculoplastic surgeon before imaging was read, and after results I confirmed twice (including with the practice manager asking her to verify with the doctor) that it was still the correct specialist. It wasn't, and I was denied because the specialist doesn't treat my condition. *Prescription not sent: A refill from my visit was never sent to the pharmacy. I only learned this when I called two weeks later. The employee who helped me that day was kind and got it resolved quickly, and I'm grateful, but it should not have required extra follow-up. Leadership may be addressing these issues, but the overall experience delayed needed care. If you need urgent attention or proactive follow-through, I can't recommend this practice. After speaking with the practice manager, I realize that they took ownership with this. However, after that conversation I was denied care at the specialist that Dr Dixit referred me to and discovered the issues with my prescription.

I had light adjustable lenses placed in cataract surgery. My vision is much improved overall. I'm very happy with the result. The adjustment procedures are a bit harsh, but the staff are really friendly and helpful. They answered all my many questions. Definitely worth it. I highly recommend.

Dr. Kim Golde is the best! Her experienced staff and caring team always go above and beyond. Dr. Golde consistently shows exceptional expertise, integrity, and compassion in everything she does. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient care truly sets her apart. During my most recent visit, we decided that the LAL was the best option to fit my needs. Day of surgery, all was perfect and quick. Came home, minor issue on my part, I reached out to Dr Golde and she and her team moved quickly to address and skillfully resolve my minor complication. I'm deeply grateful for her leadership and compassionate nature, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Golde with my health and the very gift of my sight.

Dr. Dixit is an exceptional ophthalmologist. She strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, demonstrating genuine care for her patients. Over the past six years, I've been fortunate enough to have her as my eye doctor. During this time, I've undergone a significant transformation, transitioning from wearing contacts to undergoing cataract surgery. Additionally, I've been managing several autoimmune diseases, including dry eyes. Dr. Dixit has been an unwavering source of support and guidance throughout my journey. Her thoroughness in maintaining my eye health is truly commendable. She takes the time to engage in detailed discussions with her patients, explaining the intricacies of their eye conditions. Expect to spend a few hours in her office, as her approach is comprehensive and meticulous. The office staff, a reflection of Dr. Dixit's professionalism and kindness, ensures that you feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout your visit.

Quite good doctors office. Excellent staff. All very efficient and cordial. I want to give a little advice to Dr. Golden whom I respect very much but I will withhold my comment at this time and wait for an opportune time to speak with her in person. My final comment on this feedback is simple. If you have problems with your eyes get over here as fast as you can. You will be glad you did!

I'm a patient of Dr. Kimberly Golde at Eye Associates of Central Texas. A year ago she did my cataract surgery and it was the easiest surgery I have ever experienced. She was fantastic as well as her team. Now she has been treating me for my dry eyes. I feel very comfortable with her and the care she has given me. I surely will recommend her to family and friends. Dr Patel and Dr Stone were excellent! They are personable and informative. I had questions around LAL but they answered my questions and I felt very comfortable proceeding with that option.
