We came Into LensCrafters to get new frames for me and my daughter. Walking in we were greeted by Fabian a wonderful and extremely helpful Staff member. He immediately went to work on getting all my information and explaining everything In detail. He helped find the right frames for my daughter and gave me room to find mine. Once we found the right frames, he made the experience quick and easy and explained everything quickly, clearly and in a timely manner. He was an amazing person and we will highly recommend Fabian to help you with any questions you have, I am 100% satisfied. Plus with my insurance, the prices were amazing. A great experience today!!

I had a great experience at the Round Rock LensCrafters thanks to Juan, who I later found out is the store manager. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, organized, and already had my name ready. He took the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and gave honest recommendations on which frames fit my face best. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was he made the whole process feel easy instead of overwhelming. When it was time to check out, he smoothly handed me off to another associate so everything stayed efficient, but he made sure I was completely taken care of first. Also, as a bilingual customer, it meant a lot that he could assist in both English and Spanish that level of service and inclusivity makes a big difference. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really listen to my needs instead of rushing me through the process. She explained my prescription clearly, helped me choose frames that actually fit my face comfortably, and made sure everything felt perfect before I left. What really stood out was Tedra's professionalism and kindness--you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their vision. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I expected. I walked out confident in my glasses and happy with my choice. Coming here for all my future glasses and sunglasses bumps and bruises as a daily wearer! They were super fast, kind, and fixed my screw on my sunglasses free of charge. Teara was amazing and efficient :)

Yajayra provided the best experience I have had in my 20 years of shopping at Lencrafters. Picking out a pair of glasses when there are hundreds of frames to choose from is daunting. She was so helpful with her feedback. She looked at several pricing options to find the best price for me. I would highly recommend her if you need new glasses.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. The staff, Ashley and Juan were friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. They had a wide selection of frames at different price points, and the team helped me find a pair that fit both my style and budget. My glasses were ready quickly, and the quality has been excellent. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience--I would definitely recommend LensCrafters.

Teara was very helpful on helping me choose which glasses would fit me. She is funny, informative and was able to explain what kind of glasses I was going to get and why it was beneficial. She made my first time buying glasses in person remerable. Definitely a store that knows customer service just by the way the employees treat their customers/patients.

As always, I only post reviews when I feel my words need to be spoken and heard by fellow customers and the business owner themselves... I am Reginald Hudson and I will start by saying that this location of LensCrafters in Round Rock is truly Awesome! Ms. LaToine and Ms. Teara are 2 of the best, truly! They know their job inside and out about eyeglasses, lenses type, best frames for your style and face, etc. They made me feel very comfortable because I suffer from some issues due to being injured in Iraq and because of their positive energy, I was actually engaging in conversations with them, which led to me asking questions about my prescription, the lenses and frames I had chosen, questions that I might not have ever asked/inquired about, leaving me with glasses that I truly would have been unsatisfied with in a few months. And knowing me, I would just have kept them until it was time to buy some new ones like for at least a year or so. So, I definitely want to express my gratitude to you both for assisting in making my New Years Day, which I was so surprised LensCrafters was even open on New Years, that much more Blessed and Grateful to be alive, enjoying life by the Grace of GOD.
