Absolutely the kindness, caring and professional staff. Office staff very helpfully and sweet. Dr Khan asst was very thoughtful and had a lot of patience. Dr Khan super nice, caring and concern about my vision. She took time to listen to my concerns and very professional and resolved my issues. The gentleman that helped me select my glasses was very helpful with his suggestions.

I am new to Round Rock and decided to try out Lifetime Vision Care. I was not expecting anything beyond transactional, but they went above and beyond. The doctor and staff worked to ensure I was happy with the new contacts and not just the correct prescription. They wanted me to have the most comfortable contacts for me. I was treated by Dr. Nguyen. She was fantastic! She helped me understand some of the factors that contribute to dry eyes also helped me understand how to be both proactive and reactive if needed to dry eyes. She truly listened to what I liked or disliked about the different contracts I tried and ensured we could find the best brand and fit for me. She was also transparent about cost. I have never had any other optometrist be so transparent and honest and caring. I won't be going to another optometrist after this experience. I truly think they are some of best. The office staff is also extremely nice and it makes the visit a positive one every time! I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is trying to decide who to trust with their eye care.

I was satisfied with my visit with lifetime vision. All the staff are accommodating and friendly. Dr. Nguyen is friendly and knowledgeable. She takes her time and not rushing in attending to me. All my questions were answered satisfactorily.

The staff was right on point with my needs. After taking scans needed to turned over to Dr. K who was as always at the top of her game and explained everything in detail. I recommend. Lifetime vision to any family wanting personal services.

I've been going to Lifetime Vision Care for over 20 years and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. The staff is always very friendly and professional. If you are looking for an optometrist and staff that will treat you with top care and like family , this is the place! From the moment we called to working with Dr it was nothing but excellence. The care and love for her patients shine through and you know you will be taken care of and most of all listened to. Front desk is awesome with getting back to you and setting up appointments even Collecting insurance info before we get there , opt assist was great and very patient with my grandmother she was extremely kind (Love they have an optomap machine !!) and the lady that helped us with picking glasses was a gem ! Lo that there is so many options and styles to choose from This establishment is a RR gem !!!!

I came in to the Lifetime Vision office to see Dr Eugenio. I was feeling a lot of anxiety because of a previous exam at a different eye care center. Dr Eugenio gave me a thorough exam. He showed me the pictures of my eyes and helped me relax. His staff is definitely a step above the norm. Very friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend Lifetime Vision.
