I have bought multiple glasses and love the variety of styles this practice carries. So many fun choices. And don't forget Loui the office manager! Professional and caring doctors work in this eye center, it's easy to get an appointment, flexible hours, great choice of eyeglasses and frames. Very friendly and polite staff! Comfortable location in Round Rock with parking place in front of the door. My son and me had a positive and pleasant experience. Absolutely recommended!

I've been going here a few years for contacts and glasses. The staff (especially Louie) have always been helpful and friendly. Recently, I took in my well-worn sunglasses after a screw fell out. Not only did they put in a new screw, but they cleaned them up and tightened the rest of the screws at no cost. I appreciate a business that helps their customers keep their glasses going instead of just replacing them with a new pair. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible optometry business! I took off work today for a 10:30 appointment after being rescheduled twice. I finally get in for my appointment without it being canceled and I am told they have no record of me in the system or appointments for today. They said they can't help me today and don't even know who I am. I let them know I scheduled on the website and their response is we tell everyone not to use that feature. Maybe take it off your website then? Absolutely disorganized office you will waste your time at.
