I had a great experience with Dr. Hamilton and the entire team, especially Celinda, the office manager. She was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. She's easy to talk to and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent care and customer service!

I didn't see the doctor since I already had a valid prescription, but I did purchase glasses here and wanted to share my experience with the optical side of the office. The biggest issue was confusion around insurance. The sales associate told me multiple times that they did not accept my vision insurance, even though I had already confirmed on my insurance website that they were in-network. It turns out my insurance is bundled under a different name, and they actually do accept it. This made the process more stressful and confusing than it needed to be. The frame selection is somewhat limited compared to larger optical retailers, but I'm not very picky, so I was still able to find something that worked for me. Unfortunately, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. The sales associate made me feel like I was bothering her during the entire visit. I felt rushed while choosing frames, and she didn't offer much guidance or assistance. She also repeatedly pointed out green frames after I had clearly said I wasn't interested in green. Overall, the interaction felt uncomfortable, especially since the office was completely empty at the time. I ultimately got glasses that I like, but the experience itself felt rushed and unwelcoming. I hope they can improve communication around insurance and provide a more supportive customer experience in the future.

Dr. Hamilton is the most knowledgeable, personable, and caring ophthalmologist. He takes as much time as needed to address everything with utmost perfection. He is incredibly passionate about his craft and treats everyone like family. It is a blessing to be his patient. He brings in the latest technology. His patience allowed me to become a successful Ortho-K user. The ambience of the whole clinic is welcoming, calm, and neat.

Family/kids have been coming to RR Eyes for over four years. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish Dr. Hamilton was my dentist so I could see him twice a year. I always learn something helpful and informative related to my vision from him, and really appreciate it.

They were very pleasant people, hence the two stars And not one . But they were not helpful. I was also disappointed to see signs in their office for $25 discount if you provided a five star review. I would venture to say their Google rating is being bought. I needed a pair of glasses repaired. Either it was too much trouble to assist me, or they did not have the knowledge. I have high-end glasses from silhouette, which they sell, I was not asking to do repair for free, I was willing to pay. I ended up at another eye care office and within 20 minutes they had the parts ordered And my glasses will be fixed in two days.

Dr. Hamilton and staff are wonderful. Our family has been going to him since he opened and he is as wonderful today as he was then. He is personable and he really cares about his patients. If u need an eye Dr call Dr. Hamilton's office and get started!
