First time coming to the clinic and I walked in without an appointment. Best decision ever! The receptionists booked me same day, and the staff were the friendliest staff that I have experienced in a long time. Doctor Sabeen Ali was kind compassionate and incredible thorough with my exam. She listened to me explaining my medical history and she respected my suggestions 100%. She and I worked as a team to find my prescription, and I felt my comments were valued. This is alot different from other clinics I have had gone to where the doctor used their own experience and clinical judgements as opposed to listening to the patient who has been living with their condition for years.
This was such a welcome and happy decision of my random spontaneous brain to decide to come into this office. I will 100% return!

This was a great experience with one very small thing I'd note from a client experience perspective.
The overall professionalism and attention was great here. The doctor was thorough, nice, listened attentively and had great bedside manner.
My only piece of feedback would be the paperwork. Typing in an iPad is annoying. I'm a lawyer, I get intake in part of serving clients, but having them type it all in on an iPad feels like I'm the employee doing the job if the intake team. I would have preferred to have received the link ahead of time so I could complete the forms at home at my desk on a real keyboard versus an iPad.
Also, this is not a very accessible intake process for those who aren't great with tech.
Small, but very minor critique. Otherwise this was a great place for an eye exam and I'd highly recommend it.

Dr Ali was great took the time to answer questions and explain care to me. However front desk needs work. They refused to believe me when I said I don't have eye med as insurance. Also then proceeded to not alert me that I scheduled out of network. Just proceeded to take money from me. No customer service skills just seemed like they had no idea of what to do. Once my trial contracts come in I will not be going back to this location
