Lady at the counter was really transparent, spoke kindly to me, and provided me with reassurance on how the process worked and understood my issues. Doctor was friendly and answered questions I had. Even the people at the glasses counter were incredibly friendly and was patient with me as I asked about prices and deals they had. Amazing service!

Where else but vision works to pick up some cool frames.
Staff was really friendly and place well kept.
I was somewhat disappointed as I wanted a rimless men's frame and they only had one but in the end there are hundreds of other frames available and I managed to find one that made me happy. Even picked up a pair of sunglasses too while I was at it.
Turnaround time on frames was around 10 days.
Frame fitting was easy and a good experience.
I'd definitely come back to this location again

The 2 gentlemen you had working that day I went to select my frames were amazing. I apologize I couldn't remember their name's. I can absolutely tell you that they were friendly, courteous. I bought 2 pairs of glasses. They explained my benefits and were extremely helpful.i saved so much money. So much so that I'm going back to pick out another pair of frames.of all the places around to get frames and lenses, I absolutely love Visionworks. Clean and pleasant store, with an amazing selection of frames.

Their business is not trustworthy, and the quality of their materials is poor. They failed twice: first, by delivering a low-quality product(polarized film is kind of eating itself, see the attached image), and second, by refusing to fix their mistake. Even when given the opportunity to make things right, they declined to repair or replace the defective glasses. I purchased my pair of glasses eight months ago.

first both my husband and I went to get exams and the staff there were rude and have no customer service skills. They told us after having us fill out paperwork that their machine was broken so we would have to come back for a second visit so we cancelled and left. Then my husband went back to try to get an eye exam at a later date and they quoted him a different price for the co pay of $40.00 which I knew was wrong because I verified with my insurance that our co pay was $10.00 (they were charging him for imaging was their justification) . Then they told him right before they did the exam that he may have to pay more depending on if there were any medical issues they found so he left. Not sure if these good reviews are real or not but I feel like they are fake. These people not only do not provide customer service but they are also over charging the customer as well.

I've worn glasses since the 2nd grade. The pair I purchased in late 2024 have broken twice in the same spot in 2025. They had a design defect, or at least that is my take. My glasses broke when I was in Europe, so the flight home was miserable because I'm blind without them. I went into Visionworks when I arrived home. I was expected them to say I already used my warranty for the replacement back in March, and I would need to pay out of pocket for a replacement. The staff listened to the situation and gave me a replacement pair right off the rack AND ordered me a new pair in the event they break again. I was not expecting this, but I can assure you I will ALWAYS get my glasses from Visionworks in the future.

BAD SERVICE, BAD WARRANTY PROGRAM.
I purchased a frame and lens set in September, nose pad vmcame off one side.
I walked in and the chubby girl up front said it would have to go under my warranty which would replace everything!.. which most people would be maybe content with.
However, it's a nose pad?!.. why would I replace the whole set and not wait till a real valid reason to do so occurred to use the warranty I paid for.
I asked about a manufacturer warranty?.. and the response was..
"well, we don't do that and you would have to call them yourself, otherwise we would replace the whoe thing.". Also, their 100 day trial has lapsed so that's not an option either, seems like a scam or setup for failure with the product being pushed here.
Am I crazy or is a $200.00 set of glasses going to waste and or just unnecessary.

I am the worst when it comes down to making a decision on anything! The associate that helped me, Rachel Horton, was very knowledgeable and out of 8 frames that I tried on, with her help we narrowed it down to two then one, She was also very patient, she conquered an amazing feat dealing with a customer like me. My Husband was there also needing frames and I'll speak for him, he was very pleased with our associate that helped us. Thank you Rachel and Visionworks!
