Advanced Eye Care

I was dreading going to the eye doctor as my eyes have definitely been aging. My visit began with a friendly smile and welcome by the receptionist. Then I was quickly met by a comforting assistant that walked me thru several tests. She explained every step and reassured me that I was doing fine. Dr Brasheer checked all of my results and then proceeded to look for any problems. He listened as I stated concerns. He had a positive attitude and carefully discussed findings. Afterwards "Ritz" helped me choose the perfect frames for my new lenses and all of this was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Advanced EyeCare. Your staff went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process.

Very well organized optometrist office. Dr. Tunstill was very knowledgeable and thorough with her exam. She was also very kind and patient with me. Will definitely use them again next year.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised how AWESOME they all were. Customer Service is a dying art....NOT HERE!!!

From start to finish a great experience. The front office folks were friendly and helpful. My technician was absolutely outstanding friendly and very knowledgeable. Saw the doctor online but it was like she was there in the office. And being open Saturday is extremely helpful because of my weekday job.

Dr. Tunstill was very nice and helpful. The tech didn't give us the right contacts for the trial so it was an unconfirmed week of trying contacts for the first time. But we get it, these things happen. The reason I wouldn't recommend Advanced Eye Care , is because of the front attendant/receptionist. She is EXTREMELY rude and does not explain anything. When you ask her questions she cuts you off and is very rude. I was overcharged and when I asked about it, she was very rude and never explained why. It's sad, because unfortunately this is the first person you have to see and deal with. Makes for a horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend. There are other places that have a more friendly atmosphere and invite as a first time visiting. Had I done prior research, I would have realized this is the biggest complaint. Really sad for the business.

My first visit was simply wonderful! The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly! Dr. Brasher listened to my needs and concerns and was very patient, kind and attentive. I am thrilled with my decision to switch!! All that said most important... I am seeing the world so much clearer!! Thank you Dr. Brasher and team!!

I have been going to Advanced Eye Care since Dr. Brasher began his practice. Best care ever. Yesterday I had the privilege of being seen by Dr. Tunstill via remote. It was a fun experience. Just as thorough as when he is there in person. I think this is a great way to move forward in technology.
