So the price is awesome for base glasses! Easy to find! Great customer support! The first time I've ever used them and even though they had to do my glasses twice they were very easy to deal with and they got it perfect the second time. Honestly I am very impressed and pleased!

Absolutely horrible customer service three young ladies stand there behind the desk when nobody is in the waiting area. they want you to sit there minutes and wait until they are good and ready to help you. All I was doing was picking up my glasses and nobody could help me because they were helping other people even though the store was completely empty!!
So customers in store are last priority. Horrible Horrible. The young ladies need a supervisor, so they can actually do there job.

My visit was great. Billy greeted me and gave me a place to sit. Listen to what I had to say took my insurance and guided me to the area that I needed to look in once I made my selection I went out and had lunch. My glasses were ready Before I finish lunch. When I went in he brought me my glasses. Let me check them out. make sure everything fit and felt right I left and everything was wonderful.

I was charged 199.95 for a pair of Ray Ban Aviator frames on 02/04.2026. Now? Now the SAME FRAME is 79.98 on the web site. Furthermore, I paid 290 dollars for ULTRAHD LENES. Well, I got a the free set of glasses too. I cannot tell a difference in the lenes. the standard lenes are just as good as the 290 dollar ripoff lenes. This is the second time I have to this Eyemart Express, It is the LAST TIME TOO!
