America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Took my daughter here. She got an eye exam and glasses. The process was pretty quick. We got our appointment and walked in and were called back immediately. Her exam was pretty thorough. There were plenty of frames to choose from. Both high end and value. Everyone was professional and provided good service. Recommend.

Went here after having a horrible experience with another optometrist, the difference was night and day. The optometrist here Dr. Anderson was super profesional and helpful. She took her time with the eye exam and explained a possible condition I might have, as well as treatment options and referrals. Extremely satisfied with my experience here.

Julie helped me so much. With my insurance, with picking a frame, and she fixed my expensive -someone sat on -sunglasses. She's the best!!! Huge assortment great prices. Nice place.

I went to several places but they got me in within 30 minutes! The optometrist was so professional compared to the past experiences I have had! Highly recommend

My mom went over there to get a new pair of prescription glasses and it came out to $200 plus for just one pair. OK, that's whatever, two weeks later we get the glasses and lenses are completely damaged. Not even just like one or two scratches. Both of the lenses had scratches, specs and even a scrape on the inside of the lens, how that even happens is beyond me! I called to let them know, well they had me bring the glasses because they wanted to make sure for themselves that it is what I'm saying it is. So whatever I go, and I take them in for them to look at them and they're asking me if I'm the one that may drop them or if I took them out of the case. And I told them I just picked it up, not even an hour ago went home and then I took a look at them and saw that they were damaged. They never once left the case. They apologize and told me that they were gonna order brand new set of lenses so they'll have them sent off and they would put a rush on it. Got them two weeks later and I went to go pick them up and as I got the glasses, I set them on the table, opened up the case so that I can look at the glasses to make sure that they weren't damaged and the lady is giving me the dirtiest look and asking me what I'm doing, and I explained to her not even in a condescending way, but in a kind manner, what had happened the last time and I just wanna make sure it's not happening again. And she just gave me the nastiest look! I asked if she had a cloth so that I can clean the lenses just to make sure she told me no and still gave me a not kind of look. As I'm putting them back in the case, she told me that the way that I'm putting them in could potentially damage the lenses. Now I also work in the field and I know that's not true so I informed her that they wouldn't put stuff in the glasses case that could potentially damage the glasses, but I guess thank you for informing me of that. She scarfed at me and then just walked away and I just left. I'm not want to leave reviews, but just the attitude and how disrespectful that they were for something that we didn't cause was just beyond me. And I wouldn't want my mom to get glasses there again.

My wife and I both got glasses here and had a great experience. They have a nice selection of frames, courteous employees and a nice Optometrist as well. I've used other places before(with mixed results, mostly unsavory) but I dont see us going anywhere else in the future. Thanks for the great glasses and the great service as well!

I don't usually leave reviews but I just want to share my experience. Upon scheduling my appointment I confirmed with my insurance that this place was in network. then I arrived and was told it was out of network by the assistant manager and two other people and would have to pay the full price for the exam. three people were all talking to me trying to explain at the same time and it was very overwhelming. the doctor I spoke to was nice and informative (or so I thought at the time). she helped me pick a brand to try for daily contacts. she ordered the trials and 90 days worth. when it came time to pay a different employee at the front was able to find that their office actually was in network (yay!). I got my contacts in about a week and half later and I scheduled a follow up because immediately it felt like they were blurry. I'm pretty new to contacts so I wasn't sure if this was normal or if they weren't a good fit or what. I showed up to my follow up, and got no hello or welcome in, just "are you here for an appointment at 3:15" and after I said yes they had me take a seat. the assistant manager then comes over, again no hi how are you, didn't ask me how my contacts felt, just immediately told me my contacts were blurry because my prescription was too high for the contacts I bought. I was completely confused and she explained that my prescription was too high for any daily lens and I would have to use monthlies from one specific brand. I asked why this wasn't communicated to me before ordering a 90 day supply and she said the doctor said she did tell me. I told her they definitely did not tell me because I would never have purchased something I can't see out of? I asked if I could return my order (it is unopened) and she tried to talk me into exchanging instead. I have monthly contacts at home so did not need to. My whole goal was to switch to dailies. She told me it could take up to 90 days to get refunded and processed. When I explained that I was not really crazy about how all this went down and would like to go ahead and return my order she processed my return, had me insert my card and was good to go. I'm sure it will take time for this to correct on my insurance but that's fine. overall, just not very impressed with the customer service here or that I was not about this whole prescription issue prior to ordering from them. I would not recommend this location.

We took the whole family into America's Best specifically because of their partnership with Pair Eyewear. One family member has wanted Pair glasses for 2 years and was excited to be able to get them using insurance. When it came time to order the Pair glasses, the staff of this America's Best refused to order the glasses because they stated the prescription was too high a power (-6.5) and the glasses could not be made, even though we were choosing the premium high index thinner material. This family member came home and ordered the same pair of Pair glasses with the same 'too high' prescription with the high index material directly from Pair Eyewear's website with absolutely no issue and no questions asked. We also were told we could add the warranty to any of the other 3 pairs of glasses that we did purchase, at any point up to 30 days after purchase. We went into the location 2 different times to add this warranty before we ever even picked up the glasses. Both times they were having 'computer issues' and said they were unable to add the warranty at that time. The 2nd time an employee said that she would have the manager call us the next day so that we could add it and pay over the phone. A manager never called us or left a message. The employee even confirmed the phone number before we left. It has now been 3 days. When the glasses came in, we only received a text about one pair coming in. They did not contact us about the other 2 pairs we purchased. Also, when we picked up the glasses, one of the pairs of glasses was already scratched in the bottom corner of the lens. But we know now from the other issues there is absolutely no reason to take them back in the office, nothing will be done. We will never use America's Best ever again. We will literally drive to another city if we have to, to not use America's Best.
