My wife and I went about a year ago and it went great! The lady answering phones is super nice too! Dr. Crowley knew what she was doing and we plan on going back. I'd give her 10 stars if Google would let me. She's honestly very nice and expertly adept at her profession.

I really don't know where to start with the high praises for Dr. Jerrilyn. I have been a patient for 2 years. I have astigmatism and she's always been able to answer all my questions. I have had several eye doctors who have never properly fitted me for contacts like she has. She's so professional, kind and gifted at what she does. I highly recommend her.

Doctor Crowley can't be bothered to show up on time for an appointment. It happens so frequently that the secretary said "Oh, she's always five minutes late." If you can't respect that I took time away from my job to give you my business, then you don't deserve my business. Once the doctor arrived and took my insurance information, she got frustrated at my low-co-pay and refused to believe all I owed her was $5 for the exam and fitting. I ended up paying $45 only to go back with insurance information in hand. I refused to leave so she reluctantly called my provider for an explanation of my co-pay and coverage and after 45 minutes of her arguing with my provider on the phone, I got my money back. I decided right then that I'd personally never return. Soon afterwards, my wife had the same experience with her tardiness so we're never going back.

Top notch service, Jerri is very professional and kind. My appointment went smoothly, and she was patient with me and let me take my time deciding which strengths looked best. Highly recommend her!!
