Ive been coming here for over 5 years and always been happy but today I was over the moon. My 5 year old saw Dr. Frost today and the appointment went better than I could have ever imagined. He was patient with him and solved our vision problems! I am beyond happy with how it went and so thankful.

If you want and eye doctor and staff to treat you like you are their only patient, this is the place to go!!! From speaking on the phone with Mrs. Pond to the staff that did my eye exam to speaking with Dr. Frost and then the beautiful lady that took care of making sure I got the right glasses from the frame to the extra addons and even insurance, these people make you feel like you matter. I pray that the doctor I saw last year gets a refreshing thought of how to treat a patient because I have been wearing the wrong prescription for a year that has caused me headaches and made me feel like I was dumb because I couldn't see correctly. I thank my Creator for leading me to My Eyes because not only did I walk out the office with the right prescription that they were able to help me fill right there but I also got answers to all my questions that I didn't even have to ask because they already knew what I was going through and dealing with! May the Creator bless each and everyone of y'all and your families because I was truly blessed to find y'all!!! Stated on the website when making the appointment that they took my insurance. When I got there they told me everything would be out of pocket and I would have to get reimbursed by my insurance. I took off work for this. I dont have the money to pay out of pocket for this. Its been 2 years since I got new glasses. I need a new prescription. I wish things were clearer on the website so im not wasting time off work, now I have to take another day off, and go to a new eye dr, because they're not clear if they take my insurance. The front desk lady was rude when I was leaving as well. Please do better.

Do not waste your time I made my daughters appointments back at the beginning of January I went in to today just to be told the doctor does not see anyone under the age 10 which I should have been told at the beginning instead of waiting until I showed up today then they could not find my oldest daughters insurance when I clearly show them the card any everything and it's active then she tells me well it doesn't cover the material which I know the insurance does because I used the same insurance. What a waste of time no one called me to let me know anything and they even sent messages to confirm the appointments today yesterday but no phone was made to let me know anything before I walked in today so my kids missed school for nothing

Took my daughters and myself to try this place out for our first time and we absolutely loved it!! Dr Frost was awesome, super easy going, very friendly and explained everything. My girls felt totally comfortable around him. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Brooke did a great job helping us find glasses that we liked and finding the most affordable route for us. This is most definitely our new spot for our eye appointments and glasses.

I called last week to set up an appointment and the girl on the phone was super helpful. When I brought my daughter in for check in the beautiful front desk girl who sits by the window helped me easily understand the insurance and paperwork to me. The girls in the front were all and have been extremely sweet, patient, helpful and have addressed all my concerns. Highly recommend thank you ladies!

I've been taking my daughter here for a few years, but I will no longer take her here. The doctor is great but his staff up front, every single one of them are rude and act entitled. When we first started going I thought maybe it was just a bad day, so the next year we tried again and then this year same story. Never again. I have some family members that go here as well and they have said the same thing. Also I ordered my daughter a pair of replacement frames that were back ordered and 3 months later I still never heard from them that they were in. I called to asked if they were in yet and they said they had been picked up. I did not pick them up and the lady on the phone pretty much told me there was nothing she could do about it so suck it up. And they were already paid for!! So I went in and talked to them in person and they finally reordered the glasses. When I went in to get the lenses switched out the lady up front didn't even let me finish my sentence before she asked what's the name and got up and walked away without saying anything else. So I had no clue if she was switching out the lenses or just putting them up for someone to do, since she didn't say anything. She finally came back out with the lenses switched out and placed them on the counter and walked away. I'm done with this place and I will spead the word!

Very helpful useful information and was able to get new glasses at a reasonable price. I went last week my glasses were ready today on Tuesday November 18,2025.
