If it wasn't for Dr. Beaty being a great surgeon we would be gone by now. 1. Following surgery, my son had staples placed. When it was time for staple removal, an individual entered his room without introducing themselves or explaining the procedure. (Still don't know his name)Without any warning or consent, they immediately began cutting the staples out. My son was not informed of what was about to happen, which was distressing and inappropriate. 2. I contacted the office to request that a message be sent to the surgeon regarding a question I had about my son's results. The receptionist refused to even forward the message, stating that the surgeon would not answer questions over the phone. Refusing to relay a message to the provider is unreasonable and unacceptable. 3. During one of my son's early physical therapy appointments, my husband attempted to accompany him, as it was one of his first visits and he had questions regarding care and recovery. He was told by the provider to remain in the waiting room and was informed, "We don't need to have parents back here." This was dismissive and inappropriate given the circumstances. 4. After my son underwent a second surgery, one we were explicitly told was too complex to ever be repeated. another provider, Sam Justiss (not the surgeon), suggested during a hallway conversation that my son should have returned to school just three days post-operation. This opinion was offered without reviewing my son's medical chart. Had he done so, he would have seen that my son was still taking narcotic pain medication for worsening pain. This comment also ignored practical realities of my son's recovery, including the lack of elevator access at his school. We just needed a note for school. So tired of providers having a god complex. Humble yourselves.

As always Shannon hands down does an awesome job. Really makes you feel as their own. Not to mention their staff. I've really grown to have that relationship with the staff. Always kind and heart warming. You know your in good hands with them. If your ever in need of an eye doctor. Call and setup your appointment with Dr Goldman. Really neat guy. I enjoyed visiting with him.

I had to visit my nurse practitioner and she said I've been doing great with my diet Lost twenty pounds in twenty days.The personal that I've been seeing are super nice . The facility is pretty new. it used to be you went for a nine am appointment and got to see the MD atnine forty,but these guys get you in on time,or earlyer,and take rel good care of you.

GREAT JOB by all staff! I'm in the medical field which makes me more particular and they did AMAZING! Special thanks to Brook, Laura, Krizza, and Dr. Medina. I could barely walk in, and I left almost skipping out of there. 10/10. Great attitudes. Fast and thorough. They actually care!

No respect for patient's time. Never on time, if they show up... I'm burned with VA using Shannon in any capacity. Would not mind if it were all shut down and I had to drive to Dallas.

Everyone I've come in contact with has been very personable. Sandra Myers PT and Donna are great. I have also had great dealings with Shelby and Shauna Owens, the boss. My experiences this far have been great.

I have always been treated very well by those that work at this clinic. They are very professional and you will be seen in a timely manner. There will be no lose ends. You will know your treatment your next appointment and your referral if needed. Very professional and friendly.
