There was no one there so got seen 6 mins before appointment which 1:10pm got out in 1hr they had to dialate eyes took 15mins then 15 mind or so looking for glasses which guy said which one you can get on insurance have wait 2wks to get due to holidays. I brought my daughter Trinity to San Antonio Eye Center today for her first eye exam and experience with glasses. The staff in the back, including the doctor, were very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated how they treated my child & myself.
However, the receptionist at front desk on the left was not friendly as we arrived, she seemed to have an attitude when I told her didn't get a link to pre-register before the appointment. The lady on the right today was sweet at the end of our appointment and answered any questions I had right away. When I went to the section to choose glasses for my daughter, I felt completely dismissed. This was our very first time dealing with glasses, and instead of offering guidance or support, the staff acted like we were an inconvenience -- is it because we have Medicaid??
As a parent navigating this process for the first time, I really needed some patience and help, not attitude. The front-end team needs serious improvement in customer service and people skills.

Had eye Exam for contacts. Arrived early and they took me almost immediately. All employees at front desk were polite and professional. Associate did initial check, normal questions and exam, then to waiting room. After short time, Dr. Bonilla did her exam and explained everything and was very professional. Office, and building, is less than a year old. Very nice and spacious inside. Got both perscriptions, contacts and glasses, and was on my way. I would recommend this office and Dr. Bonilla. Great experience.

My 16 year old has Autism and I called ahead to let the staff know. Rachel and Dr. Bonilla were great with him. They spoke to him at a level he could understand, but didn't talk down to him. Highly recommend!

Ramon has been fantastic, knowledgeale and has cool color transisitons !!! The citest glasses ever second pair i knew what one i wanted !!everyone has fabulous! The service has been fast efficient and great service! Definitely will be coming back! The girls at the front desk were sweet and the girl who did my assesmt for Doctor Carlos.
Left feeling comfortable and well taken care of !! I am excited to have my new glasses!! And affordable!!
He is hilarious!!! Very thankful for them today and close to home!!

Booked an appointment for 10:30am got there with all paperwork filled out prior to appointment time. At 10:40 I asked when we were going to be seen. Reception said they just took a patient back and it takes about an hour. We left as they do not respect the time of busy families. Do not expect to be treated as if your time matters. 14 minute wait to talk to anyone when you call too. Find another place that is established and respects your time.

Absolutely not going back here! The receptionist was so arrogant and looked down at us! She was not friendly or polite at all! I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years and her attitude is an immediate termination for us! She was a not help not willing to help rolling her eyes at me like I am a stupid person.
