I can't get over how efficient this office is! I walked in early, was able to peruse the store for my next beautiful set of glasses but was called very quickly to start my exam. They had emailed me paperwork to fill out so check-in was easy! The exam was swift and professional, Dr. Luna was amazing! She really listened to my concerns and addressed them on the spot. When the exam was over, I was immediately helped with the selection of my new glasses. That process is also quite fast! The only delay was my ability to choose! I highly recommend Vision Source in Schertz!

I had put off getting my eyes checked for two years. Finally went in and first had the scan done, then the peripheral vision check? And finally the eye checkup. Dr Gabrielle Luna was the one who worked with me. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and such a nice person! The whole staff was great!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Gentry she is a wonderful doctor. I like the fact that they have all the vision aids like the one that maps what's inside the eye. The ladies that are waiting to help when the doctor is finished are very helpful in choosing your glasses.

I had a great time from the time I walked in. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and smiling which put me into a better mood. Dr Luna was personable and quite helpful in explaining my my prescription for entry on the Oakleysi website. Monica, who helped me with my new glasses purchase, was very helpful and very professional. I would say my visit was awesome and I will be using them for my vision needs.

All the staff and the doctor were top notch and quite helpful! I have to say their appointment scheduling system was a breeze and when there was an initial blip with my provider after they reviewed my benefits, they let me know what to do and how to get that fixed. After that, having scheduling options in real time was great. All pre-appt. forms were easy to do online as well. Overall, pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding Care at Schertz Vision Source I have been a patient at Schertz Vision Source since they opened their doors in 2000. Over the years, I was under the care of Dr. Michelle Butler and now see Dr. Gabrielle Luna--my three children are also patients, which speaks volumes about the trust I have in this practice. My contact lens prescription is quite complex and difficult to fit, but the entire team at Schertz Vision Source has always gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the best possible care.
