Had my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical but my visit was great! Mykela Everts was amazing! She covered all the basis and educated me on my scans. The front desk team was quick, efficient and polite. When I headed next door to choose my frames the ladies there were just as nice and knowledgeable and they have the beat selection of frames. My entire visit was less than an hour, so I was pleased!

Dr. Everts was fantastic! She has excellent bedside manner, is a great conversationalist, and has a deep love for science and books. It made going to the appointment really fun and a great interaction with each other. She was thorough and kind and made sure that the process was comfortable for me. What I absolutely loved was the fact that they have a 10 minute grace period. I was running a few minutes behind and they said not to worry if I come within the 10 minutes I will be seen -thankfully I was. The staff is also really kind and very efficient. The ladies explained everything for me! Overall a really pleasant and quick experience.

When I first scheduled my appointment, I didn't have my insurance number. The receptionist/technician, Vanessa, went above and beyond to track it down in the system--it took some extra time and digging, but she handled it with patience and a pleasant attitude.
On the day of my appointment, I was promptly greeted by the staff, and my eye exam with Dr. Jessica Jackson was thorough. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Highly recommend!

I was referred by a co-worker to get assessment eval by Dr. Jackson--I'm glad I booked appointment. Overall I had a pleasant and reassuring good visit --Dr. Jackson is super nice and cared about answering the questions I had, The front desk staff is fast and efficient however could be less abrasive --not too welcoming. The ophthalmologist assistant taking images of my eyes was very patient with me and helpful.
I recommend Dr. Jackson--she will take care of you.

I really liked Dr Jackson. I had a different Dr this last time. She was very nice, but I was a bit concerned about her telling me i did not have astigmatism when I've known my whole life that I have. It was strange and I felt like she was not looking at my chart at all. Anyway. I will return next year but will be asking for Dr Jackson by name
