Everyone at this location is super friendly. I struggled to find appointments that were quick. I got seen the same day and their specials are worth it. 2 pair of glasses for under $200. Bryson was very professional as were all others but Bryson is the one that helped me.

Had a wonderful experience here today, unfortunately I don't remember the young man's name but I wemt in to see if they could put the lenses from my wifes glasses into her new frames (not purchased there to my knowledge) and without hesitation he said absolutely I can do that , ill do it out of the kindness of my heart! Wow! Its so rare these days to be treated so wonderfully and kind , he reminded me that are still amazing and kind people in this world that can be so ugly these days. My wife went in today for an exam and purchase of new glasses. She was brought back to be seen 45 mins past her appointment time with poor communication of the delay. Then the technician entered the wrong prescription which delayed things further. After more than two hours she left empty handed. Please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere...competence is lacking here.
Edit 1: the corporate response below implies they're interested in correcting the issue. They aren't. The number automatically reverts back to the store for further incompetence. If there was sincere desire to correct the issue I'd be all in for it; no such luck. Again, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I highly regret coming here. From having to make special trips because they couldn't do same day glasses, and I'm having to order trial contacts just for the trial contacts to be wrong. This place has been such a headache. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs and going to Eyemart express if you actually need same-day glasses and quality care
