I discovered 20/20 Eye Associates through my insurance when it changed and I've been going there for over four years and I'm extremely grateful! Both Doctors are extremely professional, thorough and definitely go out of their way to make sure every visit is pleasant. The front desk receptionist Vanessa is extremely friendly and helpful! I recently had an eye exam and she spent 30+ minutes making sure I found the correct frames. I ended up purchasing Lindberg ;). The one value I truly respect is they do not try to "sell" you. They help find what products work for you. I've called a few times needing a spare set of contacts (disposable) and without hesitation gave me a sample before my order arrived. I've also been impressed with their latest technology integration. I receive text messages when my products arrive/holiday greetings and more! I highly recommend this practice and my family will continue to use them for many years to come.

Going to the eye doctor is always hard for me because it hits me in the very same place as why I excelled in school - I always wanted to answer every question correctly. So the "Which is better? 1? or 2?" thing is hard. I know that is just me but I hate it. Dr. Troy Becker takes all my worries away. He is very patient. He tells me what he is doing and why. He takes plenty of time for me. The tools and technology he uses are top notch. My wife and I went together last time and she loved the fashionable and classy frame choices she had. The receptionist is very kind and patient. I highly encourage anyone to try out 20/20 Eye Associates.

I was referred to 20/20 Eye Associates by a family member and they were beyond my expectations. No wait, very welcoming, beautiful office and the doctor took the time to explain her findings to me in great detail. I highly recommend them. I will never go anywhere else!

I found them when I was researching new frames online, as they were one of the only places in Houston that carries high end frames from Lindberg, IC! Berlin, Mykita, TAG Heuer, etc. I showed up a day ahead of my scheduled exam just to take some extra time to see their frame selection and I'm so glad I did. The selection is immense, much more stylish, and better designed and constructed than the typical Luxottica brands you see everywhere. Dr. Vinh was incredibly patient and helpful as I vacillated between a few different choices over a couple of hours, and Dr. Becker and the staff gave helpful opinions as well. The exam itself was conducted comfortably and efficiently by Dr. Vinh, and then she again helped me pick out some sunglasses and contacts while I waited for the dilation to fade. Fantastic service, a very friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing selection of optical and sunglass frames. 20/20 Eye Associates is definitely my permanent new optometrist, and I highly recommend giving them at least a visit the next time you're in the market for new eyewear.

I will never be back and I will continue to blast my experience until it's handled professionally. Where do I begin? They have had my glasses for almost two months, lost them and haven't updated me since. Since they lost my glasses I had to buy contacts and I've been having migraines... I check "the final spectacle sheet" for my contacts and they sent me the incorrect contacts as well!!!!!! I'm livid to say the least. Although they're polite it's not worth these types of circumstances, I promise you.

This clinic is great. I have been coming here for about 6 years now and I've never had a better eye doctor. Very comfortable setting as well.

Very helpful, friendly and convenient for my family. The doctor was wonderful and friendly and the front desk was just as friendly. This is our new family eye doctor.
