Dr. Ronald A. Sachs, OD

Love Dr. Sachs; his warm and great bedside manner makes going to the eye dr like visiting with a friend.

I've been visiting eye doctors for 30 years and up until i got a job with vision insurance 5 years ago, went to the same doctor whom I loved. I had a hell of a time finding a good doctor with good staff and policies. Dr Sachs is top notch. He is knowledgeable, listens, patient, and kind. His front desk assistant is incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend him.

My family has been going to Dr. Sachs for over thirty years now and our recent experiences have been abhorrent. I understand that my contacts are a bit of a pain to get ahold of, they're special order after all. But in my ten years of wearing them I have never had to order my contacts several times, I have never had to wait over a month and a half to receive them, and I have not ever had to dispute a charge from an eye doctor because of their inability to properly complete a transaction. My Father, unfortunately, is currently having the same issue. His original order for his contacts was ignored and after contacting them a second time he is still waiting to receive them. Dr. Sachs's service has severely declined since I first joined his office and I am disappointed in my infuriating and stressful experience. I have found that my disability is treated like a joke in his office and my need for assistance, even when I am throwing my money at them, is ignored. My family and I will not be returning to Dr. Sachs's office after we have concluded all of our business with him.

Have been a patient of Dr. Sachs for a number of years and will not go to anyone else. Very happy with him and his service!

I highly recommend this establishment. Dr. Sachs has been taking care of my family for years. He is honest, professional and very knowledgeable.

An honest man and a good doctor. My family has been going to him for over 25 years. I hope he never retires.
