My first visit to Eyedoc Vision Services today was outstanding! The staff (Jessie and Jessica) were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! My exam with Dr. Emily Wang went great! Dr. Wang took the time to listen to my needs and she thoroughly addressed them! Her demeanor was very caring and thoughtful! I have found my new optometrist!

We couldn't be happier with the thorough and highly skilled care we received from Eyedoc Vision Services! Dr. Wang and Jessie were amazing in helping my daughter through her transition to contacts. The Eye Map screening she received was very interesting and let me see firsthand that my kid gets way too much screen time! We are going to fix that though, with the blue-light filter Amazon glasses that Dr. Wang recommended... Glad to have this level of care so close to home!

When it comes to Dr. Chin and Laura at the front desk, everything is fantastic. However, I recently had a young lady call me from there to tell me I was due for an exam and I asked what was wrong with the annual exam that was scheduled for the next week. Then I went in and the optometrist doing my exam didn't listen to a single thing I said. She asked me if I needed a mirror to take out my contacts 3 times when I kept responding that I don't use/need them. That was the entire appointment, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that after finalizing my prescription and ordering my glasses from Visionworks next door, I realized that the prescription is wrong and I still can't see. Last year I went back multiple times and used my entire vision allowance on an incorrect prescription, so I have boxes upon boxes of contacts that I can't use and have constant headaches and eye strain. Don't go here. Laura is a rare gem, but deserves to work for competent optometrists.

It's rare if i ever give a google review without be asked to but today i am and let me share why I Highly recommend this place for your eye care. My personal experience the other week, i was late due to traffic and didn't have my correct insurance, instead of being pushed to reschedule the young lady Jesse was so patient and if i was not for her i would of forgot about the appointment. I get there late and she is willing to call my insurance company for me. Dr Wang you are a one of a kind person thank you for your explanation for my eyes! I am shocked how polite and caring that Jesse young lady is, you rarely find that these days! Thank you Dr Wang! I have referred to to my family and friends!

Excellent care and amazing staff. Ms. Laura is very kind, detail oriented, and ensures patients are taken care of, that their concerns are addressed, and that they have a positive and satisfying experience. Definitely will return to this location next year!

We took our daughters to this clinic for their annual eye exams back on August 5th. When they finalized my daughter's prescription, we took it next door (per their recommendation) to get her contacts ordered. We picked up the contacts and as soon as my daughter put them in, it was obvious that something wasn't right. We called the office and dealt with the receptionist (Laura), who was dismissive of the issue and said that it was likely a defective box and asked me "what do I expect them to do about that?" I asked that they schedule my daughter to reexamine her eyes in the contacts to make sure that the Rx and fit of the lens were correct. We took our daughter back in on September 15th, and as it turned out, the box wasn't defective at all, the doctor just wrote the wrong Rx. They instructed us to take the box next door where we ordered them from and ask them to exchange the box for a new box with the correct Rx. The place next door refused to return the box because it was open and said that we would have to have another box with the correct Rx ordered. I went back to Eyedoc Vision Services and let them know that we were not able to return the box so they took them and said that they would be ordering my daughter's contacts through their office instead. Two weeks went by and we never heard anything, so I stopped by the office on September 29th. I was told there were no notes in the system about the situation and no record that contacts had been ordered for my daughter. We got a call from Laura on September 30th informing us that my daughter's contacts had been ordered but were not in yet (obviously) and that she would let us know when they are in. It is now October 10th and after still not hearing anything, I decided to call the office to check on the status of her contacts. I got the unpleasantry of Laura again, who is now stating that my daughter's order was "lost" and that she doesn't know when they will be in but that she ordered them October 3rd. When I told her this was unacceptable and not consistent with what she told us previously, she shouted over me and then told me I could take it up with her manager. At this point, after paying for an eye exam, fitting fees, and contact lenses, my daughter is still without corrected vision. Between the eye doctor not being able to write correct prescriptions and the unprofessional receptionist, I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Dr. Wang is amazing. She's so personable and I feel like she truly cares about my vision concerns and eye health. The whole staff is great and friendly and I feel welcomed. I highly recommend!

Jessy is amazing!!! She made my daughter feel so comfortable at her exam and the ambiance is really peaceful which I love. The Doctor is wonderful and so funny. Thank you so much!!!
