Had an appointment at 11:00 got in and saw a huge line which is fine I understand waited 30 mins it was my turn to go in next and another gentleman came in after me. Waited another 10 mins and I asked the gentleman is it going to take more than 30 mins and said most likely yes. Left and I won't be coming back. I'm not gonna wait a hour if I have an appointment:
