Lifetime Eyecare Associates

My 5-Star experience started with my initial phone call where Mr. Hung answered and diligently searched out my insurance for me, finding that I was, in fact, covered and that Lifetime Eyecare Associates took my vision plan. Scheduling with him was a breeze! After scheduling, I received text messages that walked me through everything I needed to do, paperwork and such, before my appointment. I also received text reminders of my appointment. The communication was easy and seamless. When I arrived for my appointment, Mr. Hung received me and pointed me in the direction of Amy at the reception desk. Amy was so very personable and likeable! She called me by name before I reached her desk and then visited with me as she got all of my paperwork together. She's a great multitasker. Such a pleasant lady. I waited in the lobby maybe five minutes when Denise came to get me for my eye exam. She was cheerful, kind, and complimentary. During my exam with her, she was very patient and present with me, not in any rush to get done, just calm and happy. I loved working with her. After Denise was done with her part of my eye exam, she took me into Dr. Gates' exam room where I waited maybe three minutes. Dr. Gates came in with a smile on her face, jovial, and, again, present, not in a rush to push me through the system. She took time with me and showed great patience with me when I had difficulty determining this-or-that during her exam. She is an absolute GEM and I am so very grateful that SHE is now my eye doctor. She took me through her findings, showing me marvelous images of the back of my eyeballs and explained what she saw. She listened to my desires and explained all of my options, making her recommendation, which I definitely agreed with her on that. She laid out a plan for the next steps, and explained that at any time during my eye health journey that I may want to make changes, we can do that, I'm not stuck. When Dr. Gates was finished with her portion of my eye exam, she walked me out to the lobby where Mr. Hung explained the detailed charges and what to expect on my next visit, which is good because my hubby is going to ask me all that! Lol! I feel like I'm in the care of the DREAM TEAM with everyone I met at Lifetime Eyecare Associates. A HUGE thank you to each and every one of you who made me experience so enjoyable. I feel more like family than your patient/client. I thousand percent recommend Lifetime Eyecare Associates in Spring, TX.

Dr Deanna Gates is absolutely fantastic! And the staff is great. However charging a "professional fee" on top of normal fees is crap regardless of method of payment! "Kindly note that in order for us to continue to maintain the highest standard of care, a 3.5% Professional Service Fee will be applied to all of our services and products provided." I received the notification the morning of my appointment

Lifetime Eyecare Associates is absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their super friendly and professional attitude. Everyone went out of their way to make the experience smooth and comfortable. Dr. Gates was, patient, thorough, and very informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. On top of that, she was very accommodating, which made the entire visit stress-free. It's rare to find a place where you feel both genuinely cared for and confident in the quality of care, but Lifetime Eyecare Associates delivers exactly that. Highly recommend!

The staff and doctor are wonderful! They take time to explain things, listen to the patients concerns and questions and provide the latest in options including the technology to perform testing to best diagnose the client/patient. I highly recommend this business.

The staff was amazing and Dr Lagunas was patient, was detailed about every test results and was very caring. I was impressed and I have had a lot of experience with eye issues so I know good medical and they achieved that.

Staff was super helpful and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Melchor was incredibly thorough, attentive and listened, and answered all of my questions.

I Love going to Doctor Adams she always make sure that everything is good.she takes her time and never in a hurry to rush you out. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

The staff is always courteous . I have had quite instances in last year where I needed to be seen quickly, and they able to accommodate me. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I have seen all of the doctors for a variety of ailments from dry eyes to shingles in my eye. The expertise exhibited by the doctors has given me confidence that I am in good hands anytime I need to see them.
