I am new to this location & team. So glad to have found this place closer to my home. The entire experience was awesome! I checked in with Sheila who also reshaped my glasses. She made checking in & out super easy! Then I met with Vanessa for the eye tests. So personable, attentive & made that whole process painless. Then I met with Dr. Monica Gonzales-Deliganis. She was so nice, explained everything so I could understand & took the time with me. I really appreciate this kind of service from this whole group! It's hard to find the level of service sometimes. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, when it came time to choose glasses, we were only shown the most expensive options. I asked if they had any more affordable choices, and they did--but they were kept in a drawer and weren't name brands. I requested my son's eye prescription and ended up finding him a nice pair of Nike glasses at Walmart for a much better price. So far, that's been the best place to shop.

I would not advise anyone to go to Dr. Monica Gonzales. She does not listen to her patients. I went for an eye exam and decided to get contacts. She prescribed the wrong contacts and I could not use them. Lost money on those contacts because she refused to change my prescription or exchange the contacts that I purchased but could not use. I unfortunately decided to give her a second opportunity to correct my contact len prescription. She proceeded to give me contact lenses that were in opposition to one another... My eyes were fighting to focus. She prescribed one far and one near sighted contact. She said that I would need to get use to them. Then changed my prescription giving me the same near and far sighted contact while failing to address and correct my astigmatism. She is the WORST Eye doctor I have ever seen. She needs take refresher courses or retire.

This office has excellent care. Doctor was very nice and made you feel like family. The front desk girl, Grace I think was singing and super happy when I came in. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was super nice. The eye tech/nurse was super nice. Everyone was super professional and facility was clean. I had a great visit here.

Called to schedule my husband an appointment and the lady at the front desk was able to get him in immediately. His appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes from the time I called which was great. We were greeted by two ladies as soon as we walked in the door. Wait time was minimal, less than 3 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Megan is the absolute best she's always willing to help in any way. The waiting area and the exam room were very clean and well kept. Plus they had a great playlist!

Dr. Patel is the best! Takes great care of my family. Thoroughly answers our questions and never makes us feel rushed. The best part is that he isn't just in it for the quick buck, as he has been very conservative in advising on glasses for both of my children. He also took the time to explain blue light to my boys and the importance of turning off their tablets at least an hour before bedtime. I highly recommend!
