I was referred to Dr Wallace by someone. The Dr is very pleasant but the office staff lies. They lost my glasses and gave me 3 versions of the story. Since then I've never went back.

Dr. Wallace is GREAT, there is no eye doctor I trust more with my eyes than Dr. Wallace! However, the front staff is horrible!! unfriendly, always makes it seem like it's a bother when you ask them questions..makes for quite an unpleasant experience.
Such a shame because I can speak Dr. Wallace's praises over and over but please hire some more friendlier people!

The doctor was great but the staff, not so much. Still waiting for my glasses after almost three weeks. Office, when someone actually answers the phone, isn't any help. Went in to the office for answers but the only girl there (12:20 on a Tuesday) was sitting in the dark and stayed there once she turned on the lights. Couldn't help me and said someone would call me tomorrow. Not holding my breath and once/if I get proper glasses I will not be going back.

Terrible experience. The "doctor" issued the wrong prescription. I asked for a refund and instead of a refund he took the LIBERTY and ordered a 2nd set of lenses that failed. Met with an ophthalmologist to find he never addressed my cataracts. Received new prescription that works. I then terminated Wallace for his failure in taking care of my eye care. Did he take the honorable action and reimburse me? Absolutely NOT.

Save yourself the headache and do not go here! Came in for a routine eye exam. Doctor was more than 20 minutes late (as in not even in the building). Then on top of that, he gave me the wrong eye exam. Then instead of taking responsibility for his actions and performing the correct exam. He chose to blame me. Needless to say. I called my insurance and have reported the behavior as unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst customer service from every single person at this place. No communication, no information whatsoever. They are super argumentative and they refuse any kind of accountability. They would rather argue you down then listen and understand the issue at hand. You also have to call back to back to even get in contact with anyone there. It has been such a headache since the moment we stepped into this place. Avoid the headache.

First time there, the doctor was great. But the staff different story one lady in particular, I went twice to get my glasses adjusted. She didn't get it right neither time, she was not friendly what so ever, she made feel like I was a bother. No thank you no I apologize
