Great staff and doctor. My husband and I have been going to Spring Eye for the past two years. It's great to have a doctor that genuinely cares for their patients. I used to dread going to the optometrist due to bad experiences. Although now I don't. It's the friendly staff and doctor that makes coming here comfortable.

Worst practice I've ever gone to!
I would never recommend any family or friends there. I called 3 days prior to schedule my kids appointments. Made an apt for their next available which was a Saturday. I was called Friday to be reminded of my appointment. I asked if all was well with the insurance and I was assured it was. We arrived there Saturday to be told our insurance didn't go through and since it's Saturday they couldn't call to "reverify".
I was told I could pay out of pocket and be refunded the difference on Monday since I was getting a contact exam. It's been 6 months! I've been given the run around and that is not ok.
I showed them proof of eligibility and still nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!
