I drive over an hour to come to this location, and it's absolutely worth it because of the excellent customer service provided by Dr. Elli and Dana. Dr. Elli always takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and provides thoughtful recommendations. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident about my care. Dana is amazing as well; she is extremely patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail, pays close attention to every concern, and always answers all my questions thoroughly. The level of care and professionalism here is the reason I continue coming back. Highly recommended!

It is said that the greatest leaders cause those around them to rise. As a patient at TSO Spring for over a decade, I have shared reviews regarding the expertise provided by Dr. Fazlalizadeh and her team before. They continue to welcome myself and my relatives as part of their family. And we continue to receive the finest care available. During my past several visits I have been assisted by a "rising star" there; her name is Tori. She is quick and efficient, but not hurried. She patiently listens to my questions or concerns. She obviously commands a knowledge of optometry and isn't just 'pushing buttons' on a machine. I would easily recommend Tori as a candidate for medical school should she wish to further her growth in the field. Tori is just one more example of how everyone around Dr. Fazlalizadeh are enabled to rise in excellence in their service to patients and customers. Extraordinarily remarkable.

I had a great experience at this optical location! I came in to get help with my Meta glasses and contacts, and Dahiana was absolutely amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. She made sure everything fit right and that I was comfortable before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend this place--and definitely ask for Dahiana!

This is my 2nd year here. The first year was okay. The ladies in the front office were decent enough for customer service. I forgot the Caucasian lady who will accompany you to do eye exam she is a sweat heart she was informative and helpful. The Hispanic lady she's decent but look at you in certain way she's kinda like in the impression of at least I am doing my bare minimum job. I think she needs a vacation but overall tolerable. HOWEVER THE OLD CAUCASIAN WOMAN AT THE BACK she is something else I think she was the manager but not acting like she can manage customers. I am trying to be nice but she is mean and unpleasant like Karen face. She is not friendly very rude and I don't wanna see her again. She is the main reason why we planned to change clinic after we get our glasses. The male Doctor fantastic i don't mind if he wants me to pay double for his excellence service love him so professional and compassionate. The lady Karen looking at the back office will make this place go to trash if she doesn't change her attitude. Looking at you in a certain way with B face. Well honey we can afford paying more if you are just a little kinder. I will miss the people who are nice in this place specially the doctors. But me and my family is willing to move on somewhere else we're compassionate and customer service is not deprived and judge by the way we dress. BTW we are a healthcare worker and our insurance is top notch. We can afford to pay more than our insurance can cover. Do not recommend this place to others specially with the Karen manager.

Dana is the best clinic tech there! She is super sweet and very informative and helped me with my pre testing! I would highly recommend this place because she was super welcoming and knowledgeable.

Came to the store to get my eyes tested and Ms. Gloria was very professional, very skilled at her craft to the point that I thought she was a doctor! She did a good job, I was impressed
