I had a very disappointing experience with this store. My husband purchased sunglasses for me on February 4, 2026, but they did not fit, so I went to this location to exchange them for a smaller size. When I presented the receipt, staff immediately told me I had to return to the original store because the purchase was made elsewhere. They did not attempt to look up the transaction or offer assistance. While I was there, I called corporate, and they advised the staff that they could process an exchange or refund. Despite this, the employees refused. I returned two days later to speak with the store manager, but he was unavailable. The Vision Center manager I spoke with was rude and unprofessional and again insisted I return to the original store. Overall, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help was very frustrating.
