We arrived to find a new building with state-of-the-art eye equipment. The staff was friendly and efficient. Jackie took us back and performed the initial tests quickly and efficiently. After a few minutes, Dr. Whitsett came in and asked what my goals were. After looking into my eyes, he confirmed that he could remove my cataracts and give me good vision without glasses. We spent a few minutes with Ida, going over the costs, and then scheduled my surgery for both eyes, along with my pre-op, and post-op appointments. I am very pleased with the prospects for clearing up my fuzzy vision and not having to wear glasses after my surgery.

I am so happy to have picked Dr Zaina Al- Mohtaseb for my Dr to do my cataract surgery . I felt good from the moment I met her and she made me feel at ease . She's so kind so I had no need to worry and I knew she would take good care of me . She assured me everything would turn out wonderful and I knew I had made the best decision picking her and I trusted her with my health . I was amazed after the surgery wow I could see so much better . Now I'm ready for the adjustments and she said after that it would be even better . I am so grateful for her and I'm glad I put my trust in her . This was the best decision I made picking her .

My father had surgery here and it has been very unorganized. With uncaring take your money people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Some ridiculous person named Victoria who is supposed to be on the medical staff at Campbell West location is very unprofessional ignorant in her manner, tone and lacks any modicum of professionalism. What's worse is her behavior was sanctioned by a Dr. Fu who refused care by failing to address the situation that was caused by Whitsett vision. I will be formally following up with complaints.

Amazing service like always. I've had both of my lenses replaced with multi focal artificial lenses. I feel like I have bionic eyes!! This last visit was 4 years after lens replacement and I just needed a quick laser clean up of the lens. Dr. McKey is incredible and his staff as well.

Went to the Katy location and had a great experience. I went to this location and left a bit disappointed. My appointment was at 10, and I wasn't seen until 11:40. I've worked in healthcare and understand things happen sometimes. But an update would be nice. Rather than being told the doctor would be "right in" and being left in a room for an hour, wondering what's going on, listening to medical assistants discuss what they are having for lunch. I also found the staff at the Katy location to be much more welcoming. However, the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and I appreciate her expertise.
