I went for an appointment yesterday and was extremely happy with my visit! Dr Nguyen ended up being out of network with my insurance but he assured me I should be able to call and get authorization for my appointment.. I did, and he walked me through the whole process of calling and what to say and ask the customer service rep from my insurance. He was patient and explained everything to me in detail. Also, he is not pushy at all. Didn't try to get me to pay for extra unnecessary things. Thanks so much Dr Nguyen!

Great experience. He took the time to walk me through everything, explain what he was doing and make sure I fully understood. He's very nice and operating his office by himself but was still able to get me in the same day. He took my company's insurance and it sounds like he takes quite a few more. He got me set up with a prescription for contacts and glasses and then gave me the option to check out what they offered at Walmart Vision which is connected to his office. I'm happy with the visit and will be back next year.
