Temple Vision

Dr Cooke and his team are great. I've had better than perfect sight my whole life but getting to the age where readers are a constant companion. My wife and I both had appointments and both got new glasses. From the initial call the front desk staff was helpful in adding us as new patients along with confirming insurance coverage. The back to back exams were thorough and easy. The eye glass side was helpful in selections and options. delivery was fast and pick up was easy. Following up my wife decided on a second pair of prescription sunglasses and even though she could not find a pair she liked there after a day in Austin boutiques found what she liked and Temple Vision can order and add the script to it. Super easy to coordinate. Thank you.

Temple Vision was extremely kind to me the moment I walked in the door for my first exam. I suspected my eyesight worsened after being told at the last optometrist I went to that my eyes "shouldn't change anymore." I am deeply appreciative of how kind all of the staff was, although it may not always seem like it, that friendliness goes a long way. Surely enough, my vision indeed worsened. I'm set to get a trial pair of contacts and based off my first visit, would recommend Temple Vision for anyone feeling anxious about seeing an optometrist again after a long period!

This office is very thorough in their eye exams but I feel very over priced on the contact lens fitting. I had no copay but was charged $90 for no real additional exam. The most I have ever paid is &40!!!!!

The clinic staff is wonderful from check in through check out. Dr. Cooke is a wonderful provider. Courteous, professional, personable and always willing to provide education. Highly recommend!

Awesome service. Absolutely impeccable. This visit was above and beyond. Highly recommend. My experience was a joyous and satisfactory one. I get my exam elsewhere, order frames online, bring prescription and frames to them to add their polarized magnet clip on shades. Cut costs and they are happy to oblige. Put on care credit and I'm set.

DR. COOKE provided an exceptionally thorough eye exam on both my son and I, even removing a few wild eyelashes that were irritating me! HEATHER was great and so patient as I took a lengthy amount of time in choosing the perfect frames. She has great style which made the entire process fun! This facility is super clean, staff were friendly, and they have an awesome selection of frames to select from, including worthy brands and super fun styles. Definitely recommend and will return in the future!

Had a great experience at Temple Vision. Rexy helped me pick a pair of frames I really love. Everything was explained clearly and my glasses arrived in less than 2 weeks. Pick up went smoothly as well. They marked my glasses so I could see the progressive lens were centered correctly. I will be back!

Steer clear of this optical store at all costs! This isn't a one-off bad experience; this is the third time I've bought from them, and it's always like this. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed to delight in being unhelpful. And that blond old lady? She was the absolute worst of the bunch, and to top it off, she claimed to be the supervisor! It felt like I was an inconvenience just for walking through the door. I had ordered sunglasses that were supposed to be turned into prescription lenses, and I specifically intended to use the sunglass lenses in a frame I already owned. What did they give me? Scratched Oakley Prizm lenses! And when I brought it up, they actually told me they wouldn't replace them because they were "demo" lenses. It's utterly unacceptable to pay for a product and receive something damaged, especially when it's for something as important as your eyesight
