Walmart Vision & Glasses

I always use this eye care center. They have taken care of me for six years. Kilani and jeanette get me and my kids in and out with excellent care every time. They know my needs and are quick to help. I will see you girls again next year. Also my glasses were ready to pick up after three days this time. Absolutely perfect.

Jeanette was very helpful. She was very patient with me since I went in not knowing what I wanted. Jeanette made me feel so comfortable and she smiled and was very professional the whole time I was there. I will most definitely go there again and will request for Jeanette to help me again. Ordered glasses from the vision center during my visit customer service was great (attentive staff as I viewed frames and had the prescription entered in the system) however, I had two prescriptions for the frames and shared this with the young lady. Yet, she assured me everything I needed was in one of them. Welp, that wasn't the case. Order placed 10/2, glasses arrived days before expected for me to pick up yet when I get there they were not correct, missing a prescription. Discussed that with the ladies who stated they would be made over after they call the place I had the eye exam at because the young lady failed to make a copy of both prescriptions. Received a call the next business day stating it was received so i'm thinking everything is good just waiting for them to arrive, again. Then I get another call a few days later asking me to come in so they could refund the original pair and pay for the new ones. No, I want run up there to pay for glasses that have already been paid for then come back a third time to pick them up. What I will do I purchase them again when they are ready because it wasn't my fault they were made wrong, I asked her twice if she was sure it was correct. After some back and forth with a co worker they agreed. Glasses came in on 10/17 and monies finally refunded. I'll pick them up this week, hopefully they are correct.

Great experience, great variety of lenses, store employee was very helpful and made the buying process of glasses easy and relaxing. Answered all my questions and educated me on different things on what to do and what not to do

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted with warm smiles and eager responses. They helped me choose the latest fashion which suited my needs. I was very pleased.

I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center on 31st street Temple. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Kilani and Brigitta)were kind, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to help me, making sure I felt comfortable. Their patience, friendliness, and attention to detail made the whole process enjoyable. I truly felt like they cared about me as a customer and wanted me to leave happy with my experience. Thank you ladies.
