After calling for 3 days I never received a call back to book an appointment. These delays caused a sensitive situation to become dire. In my opinion, this particular location does not consider client loyalty of over 15 Years and feels no sense of urgency or need to accommodate loyal patients with an urgent need. The staff placed me on hold for long periods of time that ended in leaving voice mails that are never returned. On day 4, I finally spoke with the Sitr manager. Sadly, she was condescending and insensitive to the urgency of the situation and offered no effort to help. I understand the challenges to book appointments, but loyal, longtime clients with a one-time, urgent situation should be treated with more sensitivity, not prolonged holds, endless voicemails, and insensitive "patient handlers" who could care less and never return calls, as promised. This is the first and last time I've asked for consideration for a special and urgent situation. The denial is fine, but disappointing. However, the unfulfilled promises to call, and the continued holds and dropped lines and insincere reapomse by management is mocking and rude. Fortunately, another Eye Trends location was happy to accommodate my urgent need. The MANAGER of The Woodlands location smugly and sarcastically wished me a "good day" and closed the call out! What a pretentious and insensitive thing to say to a 75-year old trying to get emergency care. She assured me there are no exceptions made for special needs for a loyal client - not here! Sadly, I don't think it was "personal" and I believe anyone will likely receive the same insensitive lack of consideration as I did. The test of true client care is helping, understanding, and returning promised calls. Client care is sometimes inconvenient to the staff - especially if urgent and inconvenient to all involved. I have been going to the Sawdust location for many years and as far as the customer service is concerned the staff is as wonderful as ever, although it took the Doctor QUITE some time to attend to me after I was placed in a room and the tech left. As far as the facilities, I noticed that the frames inventory was not as extensive as previous visits (certain areas are in fact empty) and services that were once available (like the Chemistrie click on eyewear) are no longer being offered. Also, the warranty for glasses which used to be two years (then changed to one year) and FREE, they now charge you for beyond one month. Turns out this location is no longer privately owned and has gone corporate with the changes not to the advantage of the customer. In the future I will still get my eye exam here but will have my prescription filled elsewhere.

I was contacted the 30th that my glasses arrived for pick up but they found a defect in the glasses, and told me I can pick up the ones that were defected to wear in the mean time that they had the other ones remade or re-ordered, I couldn't pick up at the time because of the Holidays, but today I went to try to pick up but they told me that they have to send the same exact ones and if i decided to take them they weren't going to fix it, so either that or i can have them fix it but it will take another 3 weeks for my Glasses to be repaired. I was so disappointed because they forced me to wait, I would of been happy with the defect and wait until my glasses got replaced but no they didn't compensate or did anything to make my situation better, and I been a loyal customer coming to that location for years....

I arrived really early for my appointment and was taken back right away. Everyone was kind and helpful. The doctor explained everything very clearly. The process of ordering my glasses was quick and easy. I was in and out in no time.

Making an appointment with them was super easy! It appears that you can do it online, but I called in and the lady who I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful and very nice! Wonderful customer service. They helped me get my eye exam set up with no issues at all. When I actually arrived to get my exam done, it was just as great of service in person as it was over the phone. They got me checked in quickly. Within 20 minutes, or less, I was called back for my appointment. The doctor, I can't remember her name, was also super professional and very sweet! She explained everything as she was doing the tests, and she got me the perfect prescription. You guys did great! Thanks again.

Team here at The Woodlands location are all awesome. From start to finish, the were all nice and professional. I was greeted with a smile and left with one. Thank you Team Woodlands, My eye Dr. and the ladies out front Anna and .Elma . You're all awesome

Staff was prompt and courteous. The place was very clean and well organized. The doctor was extremely attentive and thorough. Dr do is amazing and all the staff were very helpful from a to z.

First of all, making the appointment was so easy...when I walked in I was greeted by all 3 employees. I was checked in and got my eyes tested. Kristi, was so friendly, made the experience quite enjoyable. The employee who helped me choose my frame(can't remember her name) was very honest with the choices I made and helped me make my decision. I truly had a great day at this store today and would definitely recommend them. Also Dr. Diane Do was amazing...gave me some great advice!
