Riz Eye Care

I've been getting eye & contact exams for a few years. This was one of the best experiences i've had. My appointment was quick and all my questions were answered. I got my prescription and an accurate test pair of contacts right away. Thanks yall. Tina & Dr. Dede <- may be spelled wrong

This eye care place is fantastic! I've been treated with a smile by the whole staff and haven't had pressure to upgrade services. I highly recommend Riz eye care!

I was dissatisfied with my experience here. The doctor sped through the checks that previous optometrists usually spend several minutes on, didn't dilate my eyes (again, as I'm accustomed to), told me two things that I have never heard anyone say about my eyes before, and had me out the door in record time. I suspect she was trying to get me done quickly because someone had walked in, and she wanted to be done by closing time. (I had the last appointment slot of the day.) I'm reluctant to spend $200+ on new glasses when I don't trust the script I received, so I plan to get a second opinion.

My daughter had a terrible experience at the Riz Eye Care woodland TX. The eye doctor was unprofessional and refused to release her prescription to other contacts lenses. The customer service was awful, and they made several errors with her order. She had to wait for weeks to get new lenses and they were not even the right ones. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values their eyesight.

My son's eyesight is not good, so I enrolled in the myopia management program ($175) in Riz Eye Care, got monthly eye drops, and had an eye exam every 3 months. I've been doing it for a year, but I haven't seen much effect. I was unable to pick up eye drops every month and try to get two at once for my child's eye exam but I can only pick up one even though I have already paid for it. They told me it is their policy. Also the expiration date of the eye drops has already expired always when I pick it up. After repeating this situation twice, I felt that this Riz Eye Care emphasizes only the business more than the customer's eye treatment. Despite paying $175 per month, I did not receive the service and care that I was satisfied with.

We have been coming to Riz Eye Care for several years and we are never disappointed! The care is superb and personal. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and personable! Don't let the fact that they are attached to Walmart fool you, they are amazing! I highly recommend to everyone young and old!

I have been a patient here for the last three years. I'm writing this review because a few weeks ago I woke up with an irritated eye and went to my family physician. After a two hour wait I finally saw the physician's assistant (who couldn't find anything) and rather than fill the antibiotic she prescribed for my still irritated eye, I drove over to Riz Eye Care. The doctor saw me immediately and found a small piece of glass in my eye, which he promptly and painlessly removed. These guys are great!
