Dr. Leinfelder is great but I give this place 3 stars. Nicole AT THE FRONT DESK was very unprofessional. While trying to schedule my appointment she was talking to someone else in the back ground. She then puts me on hold without telling me. So now I'm sitting in silence not knowing if I should call back or not. Not knowing if the phone has disconnected ! She was extremely RUDE and was very ARGUMENTATIVE ! Not a good look for the company !

Dr.Leinfelder and his staff are awesome from the moment I walked into the office I was greeted. They are friendly and went the extra mile to fit me in same day. Dr Leinfelder took his time and was through and answered all the questions I had. His bedside manor was above my expectations. At my age my vision is important and the staff made me feel they equally cared. I would recommend him .

Dr. Leinfelders staff are so amazing. They always go a extra mile for their patients. They really care about their patients and the work they do. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, then this is the place for you! Also, they do have the eyeglass shop as well so you can order your glasses the same day as your appointment!

This office is amazing! Got in same day for severe pregnancy headaches. Dr. Leinfelder did a more thorough exam than you'd normally get at an optometrist. Not only was my prescription checked but he examined the back of my eye and nerves to make sure there wasn't an underlying issue. Turns out it's just a pregnancy symptom but I am SO GLAD I went and got answers!!!

Dr. Leinfelder saw me immediately when I had loss of vision and pain. He got me in for an MRI and Neurologist within 24 his for treatment. His follow ups and quick action saved me from possible further vision loss and a great recovery.

I have been twice for yearly checkups and everything was ok. Needed a form filled out for drivers license. They would not return phone calls with messages left so I went in person. Lady at the counter could of cared less. She said to sign in and sit. After 25 mins went by and they called people who came in after me to the counter to check in I left. My family will not use them again.
