Eyemart Express

Cynthia helped my Grandson and I get each a pair of glasses. These are the best glasses I've had in years. The assistants there were very helpful. Thank you Eyemart Express.

Incredible staff. I think they had only 4 people working the entire day. I was browsing around for a very long time (was very early for my eye appointment next door) and though they were short-staffed up front, they handled everyone with great care and addressed every new person walking in to be sure they got on the list and kindly explained the projected wait time and informed them they would get a text when it was their turn. For such a BUSY place, they ran it so smoothly and with great service. Once I picked my frames, they had them done in under an hour. Absolutely incredible. Go here.

They were busy, but I still was able to get in within30 minutes.. The Manager "Margaret" I think helped me. She was great, explained everything. My two pair of glasses were done in 53 minutes. Awesome service!!

Do not buy there, you'll regret. I had a very disappointing experience at this store, mainly because of the way I was treated by Cynthia. She came across as disrespectful and rude throughout the entire interaction, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. At first, another associate sold me a pair of eyeglasses and charged me incorrectly. I didn't notice at the time, but the store later called me to fix the charge. During that phone call, Cynthia told me I would need to pay an additional amount, and her tone already felt unfriendly (rude and disrespectful). When I returned to the store, she quoted a much higher price than what I had been told over the phone and couldn't clearly explain why. She simply said that was what the system showed and that nothing could be changed. Since the information kept changing, I asked for a refund because the situation did not make sense. During the refund process, the amount was entered incorrectly again. Thankfully I caught the mistake and asked her to correct it so I could receive the full refund. While pricing or system errors can happen, what stood out most was the lack of respectful communication. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this store, and I hope they improve both their pricing accuracy and their customer service.

I could not be any more pleased with my Encounter at Eyemart express!!! Customer service was over-the-top, professional, and friendly. I never felt rushed. I felt like the customer service rep was really concerned that she got the right pair of glasses for me and that they fit well and we're comfortable. Add to the fact that it took only 26 minutes to have my glasses made for me was remarkable!!!!

There was a lot people when I went in but they had a process and made sure everyone got put in queue. I waited about 45 minutes to be seen but once I was seen it was a smooth process. They were able to get my glasses back in a hour. They text you when they are done.

The wait was kinda long but well worth it when I got to see the lady that helped me with my fabulous glasses. Sweet, kind and very knowledgeable. It was my first time getting bifocals and she made the process easy.

When I picked up my glasses "Wetona" I believe. She was so friendly and efficient . I have been going to EYEMART in Waco forever! I love them. They can get really busy, so plan ahead. If you are shopping for new glasses they do have a texting option... ask about it !
