Crystal Clear Eye Care

I had such a great experience at Crystal Clear Eye Care for my annual eye exam! The staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. The eye doctor was amazing -- patient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Crystal Clear Eye Care and will be scheduling an appointment for my mother if you're looking for friendly service and quality care this is the place !

From the front desk to the Eye Dr everyone was informative and in speaking to my daughter (7) in a way she could understand making her feel comfortable. They explained everything they were gping to do and what the next steps would be. They answered any questions I had, n was able to make an informed decision on glasses. It was our first time going to get an official eye exam and it was breeze. I totally recommend.

This was my very first visit at the eye care office. Everyone there was nice and polite. They were a little busy when I arrived for my appointment, but I was in and out within a hour and a half. The Dr was informative explained everything going on with my eyes. I have found my new eye Dr.

Great staff and doctor. The doctor was very detailed. Told me things I didn't know. Getting glasses was great. They use very modern technology to ensure you get the best fit.

This place is amazing. Friendly staff. Super professional. Dr Loven is the best in waco Texas. Modern equipment to help evaluate your eyes. Easy in it out service.

Well we came in impressed and left with an incomplete eye exam and no REAL answers for my Four year Olds blurry vision. Per other reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but I can say for other parents reading this take your small child some place else. The front desk is ok , Dr loven or who ever we had today was ok in regards to how he works with small children. However he didn't complete the eye exam for one eye . He said he wasn't sure wether or not the dilation spray even got in that eye. His tech took about 50! Photos of my daughters eyes .I'm not sure how an eye doctor missed the question of if the eye is dilated or not. -His tech is not trained to work with small children and is incompetent . I had to remind her that she was dealing with a FOUR year old because she was getting pissy towards my daughter and I'm not THAT mom . -I dealt with his unprofessional technician to the best of my ability because we needed answers for my four year olds blurry vision and we STILL left with no definite answers.Instead he instructed us to "blink four or five times" when vision goes blurry. He said he felt like her vision was blurry because "she wanted glasses" lol .I asked myself if he really just said that .lol Yes he did . All and all a wasted office visit for us and a good quick insurance grab for this place. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. 10-9-2025

I waited only 2 minutes after checking in; the exam was fast and efficient! The staff and Dr were incredibly friendly too.
