I rarely write reviews, but I'm making an exception for this place.
What a FANTASTIC experience! I was visiting the city and desperately in need of contacts but had expired Rx. I called at 12:45, they got me in at 1:30, and I was out of there with new contact and a new Rx by 1:50! Dr Prince and the staff at the front were all so lovely. They even gave me a cute little coffee mug on my way out!
Love this place so much I may s here a yearly trip to Waco just to get my eye exam there!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I was early but the front desk said we don't have anybody scheduled now so they went ahead and checked me in and got me started. The young lady came and got me and began testing, which took a matter of minutes. She then had me sit in a lobby area and said the provider would be with me shortly. I waited no more then maybe 5 minutes and I was with the provider. He went over my testing showing me the scans and explained my results and my options. This was one of the fastest and easiest visits I have ever experienced. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing eye care. Thank you Waco Vision for making it so easy and stress free.

I was checked in within a timely manner. They were able to get me in with my insurance no problem. All the employees especially Kris is such breath of fresh air, great personality and helpfullness. And the doctor was able to address an old medical issue of mine that I was not aware that was still a problem. He encouraged me to get it checked. He was so nice, optimistic, helpful and just so amazing all the way around. I love coming here to get my eyes checked!
