I just saw divin today. I felt heard and seen no pun intended. Thank you so much. She is very thorough and made my eye exam very comfortable. She is affordable for my insurance with united health. I am keeping her for eye health.

This was my first visit with Dr. Divin and I was thoroughly pleased with my appointment. Her receptionist was more than helpful in helping me set up an appointment and giving me information about my potential visit. I don't know if the time and day affected this, but I was in and out in a short amount of time: filled out paper work, Dr. Divin performed the exam, gave me a trial pair of lenses and wrote my prescription, and I paid for my exam -- all in under 30 minutes (maybe less)! She also maintained the perfect level of professionalism and was personable; she interacted nicely with what seems to be a long-time patient/"a regular", and that made me feel like I was going to be in good hands. I will be moving cities here in a few months but would definitely make the commute to come back to her office as needed because this is the first time I've felt comfortable and taken care of by a(n eye) doctor. Thank you Dr. Divin and staff!

My brother, my mom and dad, and I appreciate Dr. Divin and her staff for taking care of our contacts and eye glass needs over the past eight years. They have great office hours and are very flexible when scheduling appointments. Dr. Divin was very patient with me when I went to wearing contacts.

I have gone to Dr Divin for years for my eye exams. When continuing to use a health care professional I look at 3 things - someone I can trust, a good listener, and someone who will take the time to explain their diagnosis. I give Dr Divin 5 stars for each.

Dr. Divin was the 4th optometrist I have been to in Central TX, and probably the 10th optometrist I've been to in my lifetime. She is the ONLY one who adjusted my contact lens prescription to perfection--both for reading and for distance. I was always led to believe that at my age I had to choose one over the other. I liked the fact there was no waiting to get an appointment nor waiting once I arrived. She did not double/triple book like many others in Waco. She demonstrated true caring for my eye health. I highly recommend her.

I scheduled an appointment to obtain an contact lens fitting as well as an eye glass fitting. I chose Dr. Divin based on the excellent fitting she did for me previously. She is very good at what she does.I see an ophthalmologist regularly due to a chronic eye condition, but no one has provided me with the correct fitting like Dr.Divn has. My concern is not with Dr. Divin and this review is not about her. My problem is with her assistant and my encounter occurred when she attempted to check my eye pressure. I attempted to explain that i am unable to have certaint preliminary screenings done per the instruction of my ophthalmologist. She proceeded to tell me that it was required by the State of Texas. I explained that per my ophthalmologist- I was unable to undergo the method of testing she was attempting to use (there are alternative ways to obtain the reading she wanted to get). She then proceeded to tell me in not see many words that it wasn't my decision and it was up to Dr. Divin. Due to her unprofessionalism and the fact that she was going to expose me to something harmful despite my telling her I couldn't, I cancelled my appointment. Once again- Dr. Divin is excellent at what she does, if you can make it safely past her assistant into the exam rshe on.

Dr. Divin has been the only person to do my eye exams since I was a child and I have never had any complaints! I feel she truly cares for each individual person and their needs!

Rude office help.... I've been a patient there for over 5 years. When I made my appointment for 11.11 2022 the office help said I was the last appointment for the day and said don't be late because they are closing early..office help also disregarded the fact that I had new insurance. DIVINS IS GOOD HER HELP IS HORRIBLE
