This doctor seemed rushed. He gave me contacts out the door that were not quite the correct prescription because they didn't have the right ones and i feel that was dangerous to be driving like that. Seemed pushy about a certain brand contacts going forward even though I explained that certain brands were not working for me. Fast forward 2 years and went to Stanton Optical. They also were forcefully on a certain. Brand contacts. I was forced out of contacts that used to work for me and now years have gone by as well as wasted money on contacts that just don't work. Tired of eye doctors. Trying Waco Vision Center in a few weeks as they seem more polite, well rated, and seem customer centric.

I do like that this doctor accepts walk-ins and the receptionist was nice and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was super fast (I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes), but I felt that he was not thorough in his exam and the appointment was rushed. He did not give me the chance to ask questions, nor was he personable. I came to this office because they are open on Saturdays, but I will not be returning.

Have been about 3x over the yrs. The weekend walk in appointments are helpful for my family. U do wait a bit but then Im in and out and $45 bucks later, i can get my contacts refilled. Also, he has taken the time to address several issues with me or my family members eye health in including passing on the dilation when I was unnoticeably pregnant.

Dr Nguyen has been mine & my family's optometrist for roughly 7 years. I'll never go anywhere else if I can help it. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Nguyen at the Palestine location Office staff where delightful & doctor was actuate. I highly recommend!

This office did not do the simplest tasks that I asked them to do. I asked them to fax a prescription update since they prescribed a brand that NOONE Carrie's and they said sure... I made 5 phone calls and also went by the store the evidently at 130 were closed on their lunch break then closed at 411 evidently even though I asked and they told me they would be open till 5 but according to the vision center at walmart closed at 415 a whole 4 minutes later. Piss poor customer service will NEVER go back.

Dr. HUNG NGUYEN is the best Eye Doctor!!! He cares for his patients. The receptionist, Ms. Quynne is nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!!
