I'll just focus on the positive. Ronnie is the best part about this place, always in a good mood and friendly. Great costumer service from her. I appreciated her making the experience better for us.

I've been seeing Dr. Salganik for my glasses and contact lenses for over 20 years now. He is very patient, reasonable, and always makes certain that I am satisfied with his products and services. My prescription has changed quite a bit over the years, but Dr. Salganik has allowed me to see perfectly - even when I switched to progressive lenses. I am very grateful to have perfect vision with every pair of glasses that I purchase, and as an added benefit - the exam fees are lower than any other Optometrist that I could find in Waco.

Dr. Salganik is very great at what he does. I recommend him specifically to everybody I know! Very attentive to detail kind, and snazzy dresser lol. They have a very great and carefully-picked selection of glasses as well. I get compliments ALL THE TIME on mine that I bought from them 3 years ago. Front desk could have a bit of a more kinder tone... but they are efficient with their work.

Dr Salganik has been my optometrist for 30+ years and I am very happy with the quality of care I have received. He is patient and careful to get the prescription right. I wear gas permeable (RGP) lenses every day exclusively. (One pair I had lasted 5 years) With the lenses I have excellent vision & highly recommend this doctor & this office.

The absolute BEST! Fast, courteous & professional. Couldn't possibly ask for a better experience.

I'll start with the positive: Dr Salganik is wonderful. He is very kind and honest without pushing any unnecessary treatment. HOWEVER, in the three to four interactions my husband and I have had with the front desk staff, we've been left feeling like we're bothering or interrupting them from something else. The overall attitude from staff is a bit snarky and short, in person and over the phone. It's so unfortunate that we will be looking elsewhere.

TERRIBLE!!! SHAME ON Leticia!!! You screwed up on my measurements then blamed it on my doctor. Told me that my doctor doesn't know what he is doing. Well I took my glasses to my doctor and LETICIA you are the one who don't know what you are doing!!! The prescription was too high and my progressive lens was not centered. It was too far inward. I told her this and she argued and told me that she was right and my doctor was the one that was wrong and all she could do was remeasure me again and send it off again no thanks LETICIA If you don't know how to do it right the first time and you got it this terribly wrong what makes me think that you could do it right the second time? You are messing with peoples prescriptions. You should be way more careful and if you don't know what you're doing maybe you should find a different job that you're not working with peoples prescriptions. What if somebody like me was wearing prescription glasses that you measured wrong and we go out And get into an accident because you don't know how to properly measure. I don't know who's your boss, but they do need to investigate this because this is very serious. We are talking about prescriptions that are being given out by a doctor. This is no different than medicine prescriptions that are given out by doctors. I told you when I came to get the glasses that when I first put them on, I told you everything was blurry. You told me oh you just have to get used to it And I told you know everything is blurry. Something is wrong. You told me again no you just have to get used to it. You just have to wear them. That's what you gave me as your answer. Shame shame. Shame on you and this company from hiring you and it is a shame that each time that I have called or come over there, I've had to deal with you and only you , I know that there is someone higher than you. It's a shame after shelling out three to $400 for glasses that this is the kind of experience that I got from this company I will never come back to this company. I will never recommend y'all to anyone. I hope someone reads this , and goes somewhere else far far away from here

My family and I have been going to Dr. Salganik for over 10 years now and he is so great. The staff throughout the years has not been the friendliest at times. Unfortunately, we all have had to move to a new place.
