I have never had such outstanding service. I was unable to come inside because i have severe COPD. So my daughter asked if she could just pick them up. Rita asked if she could come out to my car, where she adjusted my new glasses and sent me on my way. What a wonderful employee. Someone please put her in for a raise

The most uncaring untrained uneducated staff at any optical department at best apathetic to any needs. Please never take any optical needs to Sam's Club even with low expectations. You will be very disappointed.
