Can't brag enough on how Ryan at this location and others initially here helped me throughout the entire process. He helped me with my mom in ordering the correct pair of glasses for her a better fit. Helped explain the insurance to us and helped us understand how insurance was covering. rescheduled my first appt because machine was down. The second appt I had to reschedule again because after waiting for 45 min, (they stated were "busy" and hadn't even checked me in until 30 min after my appt time) I had to leave for another appointment. This third and final appt today, the lady tells me I have to log into a VPN - whatever that is- and then they can work with my insurance. No. I'm in your system from being here previously and never had to jump through these hoops. It should never be this hard to try and give a business my money for services. I will not do business here any longer and I do not recommend the Stanton in Waco.

They outsource their phone calls but the employees are nice and helpful. Got my free eye exam done. Paid for my 2 pair of new glasses for $79 total. Picked up my glasses 7 days later. Only 4 stars instead if 5 because the hassle with the phone and because they said they would call me when my glasses were ready- but I had to call them instead.

Incredible experience! From the moment, I walked in this location in Waco, Texas, and Dylan greeted me with a smile on his face at the check-in desk, my experience just got better and better. Even though I was a bit hesitant to be evaluated by TeleMed optometrist, everything worked out beautifully. I ordered my glasses, got my extra set of sunglasses both prescriptions, and was able to pay my down payment and finance the balance, since I did not have insurance. what an incredible opportunity for anyone needing glasses, please do yourself a favor and use Stanton optical in Waco Texas if you're in the area

The manager at this location is HORRIBLE. my husband and I had appointments for 6:30 and at 5:45 in the snippiest tone she called to tell us we had to cancel or reschedule them because they were latest appointments of the day and there is to many people in the store so they can't see everyone. When I tried to tell her we weren't available tomorrow when shes trying to reschedule us for and that i already have my newborn baby ready to leave the house so we would really like to make our appointments, she said "well you probably shouldn't be here with all these people with a newborn baby anyways" in a snippy tone. Furious and we won't be back!

Worst service ever!! They completely got my glasses prescription wrong. I spoke with the MOST unhelpful manger Victor who refused to do the right thing, instead he advise for me to pay again!! Ridiculous!! Not to mention my previous visit there had other customers complaining about wrong prescriptions. Horrible do not recommend.

If I could give no stars, I would.
I went here because it seems like a good deal and it was literally the first time I've bought new frames since 2021.
I've had the glasses maybe a month my toddler pulled them off my face and all the lenses are scratched when I purchased said glasses the guy that was doing everything said that I had a warranty that covered the lenses and the frame I called and turns out the guy lied to me.
You are literally better off going to Walmart and getting their glasses and warranty don't come here!
