Target Optical

I visited this location recently and was really disappointed to see that there was only one employee working. I believe her name was Hailey? She was clearly doing her absolute best -- running the register, answering phones, helping customers, and trying to keep things moving. She was very courteous and polite despite many customers coming in and being downright rude to her. She answered all my questions and provided recommendations (I ended up not purchasing anything at this time due to the higher prices, but I will be back in the future) For a big corporation, like Target, it is unacceptable to understaff a store to this extent. Customers had to wait longer, and only having one employee puts them in an unfair situation that no one should have to manage alone. It doesn't just affect customer experience -- it also shows a lack of respect for the staff. Management, or the powers that be, whoever, needs to step up and provide adequate staffing. A corporation of this size can and should do better.

The manager Renee was very helpful and answered all my insurance questions. They have so many amazing frame options, and the prices are reasonable. I will be back soon with my husband to shop for us some new glasses.

Had the most awesome experience 03/29/25 at the Waco store with Renee Peavy! She was extremely helpful in selecting the best eyeglasses for me. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Love my new glasses! Thank you for your amazing customer service!!

I've had no problems with the people in the Optical dept. In fact the women that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. We've been getting our glasses made at Target Optical for a few years now and will continue to. I highly recomment them, large selection of frames and they will also order frames you like if not in stock.

Was in town visiting family and my lenses popped out of my glasses. Ran into Target optical and met Lexi! She was very nice and was able to get my glasses fixed and cleaned up. Outstanding customer service!

Stopped by yesterday to have my glasses fixed. Renee was such a breath of fresh air. Despite her helping numerous people at the same time, she immediately greeted me and told me she would be right with me. She was able to fix my glasses and even showed me some new glasses that you all have, called Nuance Audio she gave me a brochure that explained everything for me to take home and read. I am so happy that you all have a new manager. Go see Renee if you need some new glasses or even a quick fix.

I'm so glad I went to Target Optical. They have a full optometrist office and I was able to get my eye exam done quickly and easily. I then went to see Lexi and Renee at the Optician (all on site at Target) and they ordered my new contacts. I didn't need new glasses but they have a great selection of glasses too. They were so friendly and helpful, and they also had an extra discount for my contacts. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need to see an optometrist, or if you just need new glasses or contacts. It was a great experience.

Renee was very quick at fixing my nose pads for glasses. Truly appreciate her help.
