Both employees were so professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly guys (supervisor was Edward and he provided an amazing experience/service) we walked in 5 minutes before store was supposed to close and Edward seen to it that we didn't feel rushed, he gave us amazing service and took care of us and made us feel like valuable customers. Had to get glasses yesterday !! I didn't know that I needed bifocals and when the associate told me, I literally was flabbergasted and wanted to leave!! He explained to me his glasses had bifocals in them as well and they looked like normal glasses to me. He explained to me how the bifocals were built into the glasses and they weren't made like the old days lol. So I stayed and purchased my glasses. He was very helpful as well in helping me find a frame that did not have a gold color in them. He really made my visit at Visionworks so worth it!!
