Dr and his eye staff are great, but the issue is with their front desk and the business office I was told a price when setting up an appointment and I paid that at day of appointment Later, I received a follow up bill I. The mail stating I now owed over 2 hundred more . I was never told there was going to be an additional charge. They blame the price difference on a person that was new and that they have already let go. Management puts full blame on the worker but regardless I seem to owe the additional amount. So beware and double check since you may get charged just because an employee told you that your were an established patient and this is the price but then someone will come up and say you owe a few hundred more and not the fault on their end Now they lost this patient at Waco Associates due to the business office manager not willing to work it out except we want more money now.

David was great to work with, and did not attempt to "over sale" what I wanted and needed. He was patient, and searched for the best options for me, that were reasonably priced. I appreciated his help since I do not have insurance that covers eye wear.
