Walmart Vision & Glasses

I came to the vision Center so that I could buy nose pieces for my father's glasses and put them on. When I walked in, I met a young lady named Ashley. She was so friendly. She was very helpful and took me to where I could find and purchase the nose pieces. Her Customer Service went above and beyond when she asked, "Would you like me to put the nose pieces on for you?". This would be my first time to do them, and I gladly said yes. Ashley took my father's glasses and not only put the nose pieces in, but tighten the screws around the frame so that they would not continue to loosen in his glasses come apart. She also cleaned his glasses. I let Ashley know how much I appreciated her kind smile and her willingness to go even further for me to be able to get my dad's glasses fixed. My father has active multiple myeloma and is in the Temple hospital and we've been traveling back-and-forth to see him. Ashley made this one task that I needed to do easy and convenient. Her Customer Service brought joy to me and my father. I will definitely be back to give Ashley my business for my personal glasses that I will need for 2026. Ashley keep doing an awesome job and giving your customers extra special attention! You're awesome!! Thank you for this blessed experience, I'll never forget it! Blessings and love!

I came in after 5 years to get my glasses. Dalia and Juanita were super helpful and very knowledgeable. They made sure I had the right pair and the proper lenses with all the bells and whistle's. Been coming to Walmart vision center for a while never had a problem and today when I came in the same person that helped me last time her name is Juanita and she is very polite. Very patient and very understanding. Also, very helpful. Will continue to keep coming back to Walmart vision center.

I was helped by Juanita .G today she was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me find my insurance. Even though I was out of network she still offered to help get me where I needed to be. Customer service is very hard to find so I really thank her for still taking the time to help put a screw in my glasses and curve them so they would stay on until I can get new ones.
