This place is awesome!!! I had a new lady named Blanca and she was purely awesome!!!! She definitely tries to make sure everything in the system is correct and on point. She values your time and money!!! Just allow her to do her part with your patience!!! Appreciate you Blanca!!! Tyvm for the great experience!!!

Almost everyone at this facility was super pleasant to work with. The 2 ladies at the front on the phones, Keri, Dr. Jones, Gracie. Becky needs some better customer service skills. She was unwelcoming and unfriendly even though I tried with her. I will return because everyone else took great care of me but likely steer clear of her.

My husband and I had a very good time getting our "eye blow jobs" eye exam today. Keri the assistant during the pre-test was very fun and took our humor very well. My husband had a very good time with her she blushes easy lol. Dr. Jones was awesome to work with and is always upfront and honest. This is our second time getting glasses with him and he is always great. Gracie was helpful and speedy in the check out process for my glasses and even booked my husband for his appointment same day to get us both taken care of all at once. Anahi was wonderful in helping my husband with his check out process and even showed us the safety goggle option they have for him for work. At the end of the visit we were charged fairly with the insurance we have. We had such a fun time with them all. We joked and laughed with each staff member and it made for a visit we won't soon forget. With the craziness of today's world it's nice to walk in a doctor's office and just have fun and a good time. Thank you to all the staff there today putting up with our humor.

I went to America's Best to see if they could help in repairing my frames that had been chewed by our puppy. I had not even purchased the frames there. Not only did they repair them like new, but they would not accept any payment for their services. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. They truly went above and beyond! You can be sure my future business will be at America's Best!

April with Americas Best was the best. She made our visit sweet, quick and easy. The price with my insurance and the program AB offers made my 2 sets of contacts for 4 months be at a price that's affordable, $106. Plus my lenses $80. The exam was $145. She was understanding, professional, and sociable with me while my 5 yr old daughter kept testing me. Baby changing tables in the restrooms! I recommend Americas Best and I recommend speaking with April when you go. : )

This was my first time at the Waxahachie location because I usually go to the one in Midlothian. I will be coming to the Wax location from now on. The energy in the office is so great and Keri is a hoot lol. Five 's in my book!!!

Came for my husband's exam and left with two pairs of sunglasses for myself! TY to Alice for all your patience and help. Everyone was warm and welcoming.

Americas Best in Waxahachie was a great experience I had never had an eye exam before and they did me so right Keri was so sweet and very informative and fun too They have eye doctors there and Dr Jones was great and very informative also Overall I give them a 10 and would recommend them to a friend and I will definitely do business there again too
