I had an excellent experience at Vision Source with Dr. Robinson! I went in for a contact lens exam and a comprehensive eye exam, and the care I received was top-notch. Dr. Robinson was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were friendly and made the whole visit comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend Vision Source for anyone needing eye care -- I'll definitely be coming back!

I went to Vision Source in January for an eye exam and had a very disappointing experience. The doctor refused to prescribe my usual Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism (Hydraclear Plus) lenses, which I've been using for years without any issues from other doctors. Instead, he insisted that I switch to daily lenses that were extremely expensive -- several hundred dollars for only a partial supply. When I called later to ask if he could approve my previous contact lens prescription so I could order from 1-800 Contacts, he refused and said I'd need to come in for another full exam. I explained that I'm planning to get LASIK soon and just needed an affordable, comfortable option in the meantime. I also told him the daily lenses I tried were uncomfortable and made my eyes feel dry and irritated. He insisted I come in so he could "talk to me about why I shouldn't get LASIK," which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. It came across as very controlling and not in my best interest as a patient. Overall, I felt that the focus was more on selling expensive lenses than on providing care or respecting my choices. I won't be returning to this office.

Tried this place since I just moved to Waxahachie. I have had 3 different interactions here. Eye exam, pick up and RX pick up. I didn't have a great experience. No one one was rude but you can tell they don't really want to talk to you. I spent a lot here and regret it. I went to pick up my prescription because im interested in getting some meta glasses that they don't have but they are also unwilling to share my PD so I can get them from Meta. This is something that should be advertised before your appointment.

I've been seeing Dr. Robinson for several years and each time is a pleasant experience. The most difficult thing at Vision Source is choosing from the dozens of frames offered!! Another great thing is the ability to return for adjustments when or if needed! Great place!

I have physical special needs and also struggle with anxiety disorder. Everyone there was kind and helpful in any way I needed. I appreciate that.

Very courteous and professional. Greeted upon arrival, very friendly employees. Took me back to run the eye tests. Explained what they were doing and then I was ready fro the doctor. Dr Robinson is really nice and explains what he is doing, asked if I had concerns or questions. Just really like the office staff and Dr. Robinson. The lady in the eye glass area was very helpful on choosing new frames that would work with the shape if my face.

I had a very pleasant experience with Doctor Robinson's office today!! My previous prescription had never felt right, and Doctor Robinson was able to figure out the issue and get my prescription corrected in about 5 minutes. The front office girls are very nice and courteous, very relaxed feel to the place. I was in and out with contacts ordered and glasses picked out in about 20-30 minutes and I was seen within about 10 minutes of arrival (I was new so I had paperwork to fill out). Very happy and I definitely found a new eye doctor!!

Best doctors office visit in years!! I took my daughter for her first eye exam, as she was having difficulty seeing the board from the back of the classroom. Dr. Robinson's staff was courteous, my wait time was very short, and the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. We were even able to choose frames and order her glasses before we left. I would recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone in need of a good eye doctor. We will be back for contact lenses this summer!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!
