Stephanie provided amazing customer service from the moment I walked in! She welcomed me with a smile, she was kind and very informative every step of the way! She took her time to help me choose the right glasses and informed me of every option available. This is my first pair of glasses and she made sure that I had the best experience ever! I will recommend every one that I know! Thank you so much Stephanie!!! Your the best!!!

I just want to say the customer service at this location is top notch! I called ahead of time with questions and all answered in a timely manner. I came in earlier than my appt time and was greeted by this sweet young lady Rebecca. She was kind and answered all the questions I had. The exam was quick and informative. Rebecca even helped me pick a pair of frames that I absolutely love! Such a great location and amazing staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! First time using a virtual eye exam & she made it so easy and comfortable! Plus her style with helping me find the perfect fit of glasses! 10/10 will be back to see her!

Firstly, I do NOT typically leave bad reviews, however this establishment is an embarrassment. The appointment was done via web, not in person, which I'm sure was one of the contributing factors to such subpar service and product. Every frame I tried on-site fit perfectly, and yet every pair I received was too big for my head. The time it took to receive the pairs I purchased was much longer than I was made to believe. Not to mention the overall cost being an inordinate amount for lenses that did not at all live up to the price. I allowed time for my eyes to adjust to each pair and yet my old pairs provide much clearer vision. I am completely ready to throw them in the trash and give my hard-earned money to real, competent professionals.

Scheduled appointment online and calls an hour and 45 minutes prior to ask to come earlier because of an error in their scheduling. Rude and could care less attitude. Glad I didnt waste my time. Ill pay more and go back to Americas Best.

The good the bad and the ugly... I honestly am trying to rack my brain to find something good to say...Now onto the BAD and the UGLY: First of all, this is one of those places that does not have an on-site doctor. It is all done through TeleMed. I'm not entirely opposed to the idea, but it would've been nice to have been told that when I made my appointment. They didn't even send me pre-screening forms, which would have disclosed important information. As a result, I wasted an entire afternoon. When I got there, the young lady disclosed the TeleMed examination criteria. I literally had to pull information out of her to get the entire picture of how these exams work. I highly recommend when booking your appointment that you get a thorough explanation of how TeleMed works and how much information you will receive LIVE. She told me I would not be able to speak with anyone although I would receive my prescription for glasses and contacts at that visit. I explained that I had floaters in my eyes and she informed me that their type of examination would not work to potentially reveal the problem nor would they be able to proceed with the eye exam. So total waste. This could all have been avoided had the initial intake customer service representative asked me screening questions.

The lady named Rebecca was very helpful! She made sure we had everything we needed taken care of. This lady needs a raise! Thank yall so much for y'all's care we will be coming back again!

Stephanie and Rebecca both are very amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door, with welcome. They both helped me pick out my glasses and are very friendly. When it came to the pricing of the glasses and sunglasses, Rebecca NEVER told me a price at all. I did the loan thru acima to get my glasses. I got the bogo sale buy one get one free on the glasses. So I bought the glasses and got the sunglasses for free. It should have been around 433.00 and some change. No that was not the case. It ended up almost being 1,000.00 for both pair. No remind you I was never given a price at all on either set of eye wear. I already knew what I wanted when I walked thru the door. Got told that would not look good on my face and Rebecca and Stephanie both never offered to show me a pair. I glasses I got now do not have everything on them like they should have at all. The sunglasses have not came in yet, so I dont know about them. I also gave Rebecca a 100.00 down IN CASH and she sat it aside and it NEVER went to the cash register, so im pretty sure she split the money with the other ladies in the office. Im very unhappy with the all round service that I received. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN GOING THERE!!
